At training camp, its finally lunch.
"I guess I should've told uncle Akira to make enough food to feed the entire Tokyo prefecture instead." Tetsuki stated as she witness Kagami, Aomine, Nebuya and Okumura devouring the main buffet while Murasakibara look very pleased at the dessert section.
While majority of the players were not surprise to see their center and ace, it however didn't stop the baffling look the regular guests that gave them.
"We may need to place a limit on the amount of food those five eat." Yukio suggested, punching numbers into a calculator, "if we attempt to increase the amount of food to your suggested amount, the cost for not only the ingredients but also the increase in cooking staff will result in a...seven percent decrease in profit. Including the training camp that will be a thirty-four percent deficient in our usual income."
"I considered that result. It'll only take a month at most to recover cost, and taking into fact our cut salary."
"Are you two always like this?" Kagami shuffled up to them, shoving a piece of chicken in his mouth.
"Someone has to constantly, remind Tetsuki so she doesn't go overboard with everything."
"I'm not my uncle, Yukio-kun. Anyway, you have no rights to say that seeing as you entered a nine instead of a six in your second step." Tetsuki retorted, "The actual deficient is about thirty-one percent compare to the current twenty-five percentage. Now would you like some extra work to ensure you don't mess up in your calculations again."
Yukio eyebrow twitch "Oi! Don't take your frustrations out on me just because you're on a diet. And don't even try to deny it, I saw you eyeing the milkshake machine."
Tetsuki jolt a bit of mention of her milkshake.
"Don't worry, that's for this afternoon."
Yukio and Kagami look at Tetsuki with shared confusion but neither decided to pursue the matter.
By the time the teams return to the basketball facility, occupying the previously empty gym on the second floor, it was half past noon.
The players had unconsciously grouped based on schools, though a few had roamed to talk with a few others.
"Alright," the talking ceased down as all the players attention turned to Shirogane, "All of us decided that todays practice match would be custom match, as suggested by Akashi."
Murmurs spark up among the players.
"I already organize a potential match," Akashi added, "that is, as long as its still fine with you Kuroko-chan." red eyes studied the phantom ex vice captain as their owner smirked, "Though, that might be considered a violation of our bet last night and it be your forfeit."
"You know, I'm not one to back down from a challenge, Akashi-kun."
The rest of the players and even the coaches watch the exchange in confusion until Midorima spoke up.
"Akashi, I believe we deserve an explanation concerning this...bet."
"Of course Midorima." Akashi gave a smirk that seem to promising noting but mischief, "I talked with Kuroko-chan last night and after a few moments of bantering we came to an agreement. With the team of our choice we would compete against each other in a basketball game. If my team wins by about double Kuroko-chan team score, Kuroko-chan agreed to explain everything concerning the history between our two families."
"However," Tetsuki interjected, and attention slowly turned to focus on the phantom girl when they notice her, "if my team wins by at least one point Akashi-kun is no longer allow to ask about our families history with anybody within the resort grounds."
