An interesting pair had entered the small town . What made them interesting was their contrasting looks. One as bright as the sun with eyes seemingly on alert at all times, a shiny smile on his face as he spoke to his companion.
The companion in question being a young lady with darker features, who was on his back as she tiredly yawns, holding onto him to make sure she didn't fall off by accident. She smiles nodding a few times as she listened to his stories with her body moving a bit to keep herself comfortable.
Finally they reached the town, where Rengoku gently placed her down on her feet and lightly pats her shoulder.
"We have finally arrived at our destination for now we have to rest...perhaps buy something to eat as well " the living sun spoke energetically not minding how sluggish his companion was since he already understood the reason.
She held up a thumbs up "Great..news " she yawned softly shaking her head" Perhaps we should find some information as well on the train and all"
"You're right " he grinned at her before rushing over grabbing her hand as he ended up dragging her off .
She yelled out as she felt her feet leave the ground as she was dragged" How strong are you damnit?"
After a few minutes they were walking through a corridor, they heard a young girl talking though what peeked their interest was when she said something about a demon.
Immediately the fire haired male was in front of the child" Good evening, I am looking for a demon, did you see it here ?"
Thana deadpanned from behind out how blunt he was while his crow which had perched on his shoulder puffed out " Seriously like that, Rengoku, you're way to direct."
The man in question barely paid any attention to them as he looked at the elder woman" Miss, do you have any information?"
In that moment the girl stood up and held out her arms in a seemingly protective manner "...stop with the pleasantries don't come any closer, what do you want anyway ?" She trembled a bit in place with her eyes narrowed.
"Don't shake too much or you're going to drop the bean bun" seems his top priority was currently food.
"DEMONS DONT EXIST" the girl yelled out before tossing it at his face .
Thana felt her jaw drop at the sight as she slowly walks over " Ah ...Rengoku-san ?" Only for a snort to leave her when he ate it .
"UMAI" the smile that came from the man managed to brighten the area as he turned to look at her.
Her body jolted from the loud sound as she grasped her chest " What the fricker.....you know what...I'm not going to ask"she mumbled shaking her as she felt her heart start to calm down.
" I'm so sorry sir ..." The elder lady was in shock before turning to look at the girl with small frown "Fuku don't do such things to people, it was very rude "
The girl stayed quiet as she looked down before turning to face the two adults in front of her " I...apologise for my behaviour...would you like to buy some bentos?" she bowed holding out the tray .
Rengoku smiled at her with his arms crossed " Of course, I'll buy all of them."
Thana raises an eyebrow before shaking her head as he bought them from the shocked pair, she quickly went over grabbing a few.
"Ah Kamijo-san there's no need to bother yourself with such weight, I'm perfectly fine carrying all of them" he laughed softly as he carefully shifted the boxes before they were wrapped in a fabric making it easier to hold as he dashes off with her quickly following behind.
