Chapter 8: I Always feel like somebody's WatAAHH

Thana huffs crossing her arms as she entered the forest. Her face was still warm as she couldn't help but daydream a bit of a more romantic scene .

"Damn you Owl boy ...damn you " she mumbles and sits down on a stump, placing her head in her hands with a small pout 'Too many good looking men here...Kami-sama is blessing me for all my hard work ' , she raises her hands in the air as she looks up at the sky with a light grin.  Anyone seeing her would think she was crazy , perhaps she was .

She sighs looking down as her leg starts bouncing a bit from the amount of energy she was holding. This is one of the reasons she was a hero , to get rid of energy especially at night since she has a chance at shutting down from too much .
Her ear twitches as she looks up thinking she heard breathing." ...If someone is there ..be afraid cause I will kick your...AAAAHHH"her head had turned only to spot a pair of eyes in the darkness...specifically 3 pairs of unique eyes .
She then went quiet as she huffs placing her hand on her chest,she stared at them with her own eyes flicking to scan their own eyes before raising an eyebrow at the number inscribed in the middle pair " ...Upper...1?" Her head tilts before her eyes slowly widen as a tall male walked out,  he wore a purple-and-black bee-hive patterned nagagi kimono and black umanori-styled hakama pants tied with a white cloth. He had a fleshy looking katana that was in his hand , ready to be used.
He stared at her silently as at the moment the only thought he had was to eat and he found his first meal , though he was confused why she didn't comtinue screaming . Probably in shock .
She slowly tilts her head then raises an eyebrow " Huh ...you're the second demon I've ever seen ..oh right " she shakes her head as her eye lightens up scanning him only to recoil at the sight of his soul . It was like a normal human one with purple being the main colour but what made her react that way was the trendils of red and black that seemed to pulsate around the soul " ....Huh "
He frowns " ...stop..staring at ..me,..you shall be...easy prey " he didn't question her eye colour change since it wouldn't matter once he was done . He quickly appeared before her as his sword moved to cleave through her body. 
That didn't happen..instead she fell back into her own shadow and popped up behind him, which caused him to turn and attack once more only to find himself being restricted by a thick black band that seemed to stretch when he tried struggling to break it .
" Ah sorry but I didn't feel like dying today " she crouches in front him as she had a small frown, concentrating on keeping him still " ...I can't really kill you...you're a demon but I don't even have a sword so can't do much but restrain you...maybe I should bring you back to Sanemi ....though he would still be asleep " she nibbles her lip in thought.

He was in shock,  him, upper moon 1 , a demon that has been around for centuries ,one of the most skilled and powerful....is trapped by a woman and somehow can't get free " ...what are you...you smell human " he was gritting his teeth in frustration,  someone stronger than him . He will kill her the moment he was free.
" Well I am human, bud " she walks over and gently pats his head '...oh my kami , so soft '  she moves behind him as she played with his hair before starting to braid them " So ya see I'm not exactly from here ..and I have a power, unfortunately for you I can't lose energy...so you're stuck here till I leave " she grins , even if she twisted the truth a bit, she isn't going to reveal her weakness anytime soon . Though her making his hair was to get rid of some energy as she made a few shadows start to twist his hair as well.

He was starting to get frustrated now,  though he did enjoy the feeling of his hair being carefully made, it didn't mean he won't stop trying to kill her " ...if ..you let me...go ..I will give you...a quick death " he spoke slowly as he was glaring at the bonds that were around his legs , arms and torso .
"Ah I don't think you're in the position to do so , cutie pie " she hums as she did find him attractive , why should she care about the extra eyes , they were practically normal to her " Now hold still and I'll think about it...so what's your name ?"
He remained silent as he twitches a few times in annoyance as she started to poke him while repeatedly asking " ...Stop ..it...Kokushibo..that's my ..name " he growls lightly moving to glare at her only to wince as she had tugged his hair .
"Well nice to meet you, Cuckoo , I wish it was under better circumstances but unfortunately it isn't..anyway what shampoo do you use , your hair is so soft " she lightly moves the braids back as she softly hums .
His eye twitches at the nickname before shivering as his eyes closed slowly with a low huff"...I..wash it...nothing..else " he started to relax now though he still felt pure annoyance but he knew he couldn't do anything until she let's him go . He hated this feeling , of being so powerless, he has forgotten such a feeling .
"Huh really....I should wash my hair more "she mumbles to herself though he clearly heard her .
"...I..have introduced..myself ...how about..you ?" He shifts carefully tilting his head forward quietly as he just decided to gain information for now and tell that 'man' about her , she may be useful .
She blinks pausing for a moment as she picked a few flowers with the shadows and started to braid a few into his hair " Oh ..right call me Thana then " she grinned lightly before letting go of his hair once she was done " ..Huh not bad .."

"..Tha...na ", he mumbled lightly to himself as there was a bit of greed that appeared in his mind of the thought of what would happen if he ate her, though he was still curious about her in general.
"Exactly " she shifted to try getting up only to notice that he had laid on her lap without either of them noticing . Her head slowly tilts to look down at his face curiously as she moved to gently touch it .
His eyes snapped open at the unfamiliar feeling as his eyes narrowed at her only to blink each of his eyes slowly " .....what..are you...doing ?" He mumbled softly staring into her own eyes that stared fearlessly into his own .
She blushes in slight embarrassment as she rubs the back of her head "..ah I...don't really know...I just got curious of your eyes I guess " she looked to the side .
He could hear her heartbeat speed up for a moment before it relaxes " ...why..aren't you...disturbed by them ?" This question was bugging him for a bit now.
"Oh..well I'm used to seeing stuff like this If I have to be honest " she smiles down at him as her fingers were lightly combing through his hair as she was getting antsy " So seeing you ...well its familiar I guess " 
He frowns , this only raised more questions , how could this look normal to anyone..what does she mean by familiar . He closes his eyes once again with a low sigh. 
" ..I guessed I confused you with that answer ...though I'm not sure if it would be a good idea to tell you everything about myself..but i think it would be nice to know you ..so why do you have these in your eyes ?" She shifts carefully as she felt herself losing feeling in her legs.
He blinks each eye "....I..am the strongest...only second ..to ..the man..." He twitches at the thought as it still bothered him since he wanted to be the strongest even if 'he' gave him the chance to do so .
" Mm that man ?" She blinks confused as she gently moves his hair back as she ties it back up 'Why does this guy talk so slowly...and who goes by 'that man' .. how mysterious..and stupid '
He remained silent as one of his eyes flicker to look at her " I...am unable...to say ..his name but...he is the ..very first demon.." His voice was starting to sound drowsy now, his body relaxes as after so many centuries of fighting , eating and traveling as well as searching for a flower that may not even exist. He was tired of all that.

She raises an eyebrow before nodding deciding not to question it too much especially seeing how tired he looked " Mmm...right " her voice became lower as she smiles in amusement at seeing him start to fall asleep . She tilts her head gently combing the front of his hair back.
He shivers in slight surprise at the feeling before he felt himself sink into a deep sleep .
She blinks staring at him in surprise before chuckling softly at his snoozing form " ...mmm wish I had my phone with me ...you look so cute " she didn't dare touch his face not wanting to make him snap out of his current state.
She looked up yawning softly as she notices the sun starting to rise . She frowns in thought remembering the talk with Uzui " Mmm...so something happens to demons in the sun...I guess you aren't an exception " she taps her cheek before her eyes flicker with an idea . The remaining shadows around her started to disappear as she sunk into them with the unconscious demon.

"...you'll be fine here...I think " she lightly rubs his head before making herself exit back into her room in the Wind Estate as she left the Upper moon demon in the shadows .

" ....he would have to stay there for a while...but maybe it would be good for him ..and he won't harm anyone which is a plus " she smiles to herself.
The strongest demon, second to Muzan, has been captured though he won't know till he wakes up .
How would he react to the darkness , I wonder.

This feels both evil and ridiculous.  It's like capturing pokemon , she will release him ..eventually.
