Haewon - Reminisce (pt 2)

"Y/n..." Haewon stood up and said softly before walking closer to him.

As she got close to Y/n, Haewon could see the signs of dried tears on his face, him barely trying to control himself.

Wanting to comfort him, she tried to hug him, but Y/n stopped her, pushing her slightly away.

"Y/n?" Haewon asked in slight sadness and confusion.

Y/n looked at her with a gaze that couldn't be understood by Haewon.

"Can we hug? At least... just one more time?" Haewon asked, wanting to feel his warmth and the cozy hug that he used to give her.

"It wouldn't be nice to be seen in a hug in the public. That's what you used to say. Have you forgotten?" Y/n asked.

Haewon then remembered what she used to say towards him.

"Do you hate me?" Haewon asked, looking at him in the eyes sadly.

"I don't hate you." Y/n answers, making Haewon slightly smile.

"But... I resent you." Y/n continued.

A girl and a boy were both browsing alone through the bakery, looking on what to buy. The girl picked up a red bean bun and was continuing to walk around when she almost knocked into the boy.

They both looked at each other for awhile before they go their own ways into the store and choosing their own bread. The girl was stealing glances at the boy, unbeknownst to her, the boy was also doing the same.

Then one time, they both caught the other one looking at themselves. Both blushed and looked towards the other direction.

Soon the girl got all the bread that she wanted and went to queue for the cashier. The boy seeing this, quickly walk over to the cashier and queue up behind her.

The girl bought her items and went out the store with it. The boy see which direction she go and quickly got his items and then running after her.

"Hey!" The boy quickly called after he got near her.

The girl turned back to see the boy breathing heavily and asked what's wrong.

"Well, my name is Y/n. And I want to give you this bread." The boy said, handing over a red bean bread to her.

The girl received the bread with a smile and put into the plastic bag containing her bread. She then took one of her bread and gave it to Y/n.

"My name is Haewon! Nice to meet you!" She said, as she handed a sausage bun to him.

Y/n chuckled, taking the bread and then asked for her contact.

"Can I have your number? Or social media?" Y/n asked. Haewon smiled back and put out her phone, showing her number and social media account info to him.

"Thanks!" Y/n said after he keyed it in into his phone.

They then walked off their own respective directions, both smiling happily and anticipating of what is to come.

Soon Y/n and Haewon talked often and it wasn't long before they went on their first date.

They took a walk around the Han River, holding hands together and taking photos together, enjoying their time together.
