"LONG TIME NO SEE... BEISHT."
Its eyes were glowing with rage, an azure hue illuminating the night sky. You had never imagined seeing it in such a state, but here you are.
Yet, behind those rage-filled eyes was a vulnerable, and ultimately, weak living being, and weak beings will inevitably be manipulated. So, clearly, an outside force was playing a part in its frenzy.
Summoning your polearm and beckoning Kazuha towards you, you created a line with the hydro element and pointed it at the space between Beisht's eyes, allowing its thoughts to become one with yours.
The moment your minds connected came as a shock to you. Instead of the furious screams you were expecting, all that filled your minds were cries of pure agony. You could hear it echo throughout your head, sending a chill down your spine.
There was a pang deep in your soul at the way it was suffering, and suddenly it became very obvious as to who was putting her in this misery. You cut the cord connecting your minds together.
"So, awakening its spouse was not enough for you?" You thought. "Bastards." You accidentally muttered the last part out loud, and your anger was beginning to show in more ways than one, with the way your jaw was clenched and how the waves became rougher.
"Kazuha," you began. He immediately perked up at the mention of his name, his hands ready to unsheath his sword at any time. "Go back to the ship and tell the Captain that I'll be down in five minutes." He looked slightly... distressed.
"Are you really planning on fighting that... thing?" he asked.
"That was my intention at first, but it seems it will be unnecessary. My bad for dragging you here for no reason," you said. "As of now, we'll be having a civilized little chat. Now shoo."
Flashing him a reassuring smile, he reluctantly retreated, stepping on the platforms that you made earlier and made his way to that Alcor. With a small sigh, you faced Beisht who was as riled up as ever.
"This won't hurt a bit," you said, as you gathered elemental energy to propel yourself into the air, and onto the beast's head. Scanning its back, you found exactly what you were looking for.
The Fatui were always the technological type, usually on the hunt for something to test their inventions on, courtesy of the harbinger they call 'Dottore'. So, it was no surprise to find a complex looking mess of wired junk attached to its back, just between its shoulder blades.
"I just have to destroy this, right?" Well, that was proving easier said than done. Beisht was resisting aggressively, not allowing you a chance to attack the machinery.
