Chapter 7: Actions without words
Lucas kissed me. I slapped him. Twice. Sigurado akong galit siya. Pero wala akong pakielam. Mali kasi yung ginawa niya. Pero as if naman may pakielam siya? He doesn't care anyway kung tama o mali ba ang ginagawa niya. He's a gangster and he'll do anything he want. He has a hobby of overpowering people around him.
Hindi pa ako nakakalayo sa lugar na 'yon nang may humawak nanaman sa braso ko. Jeez, is it Pull-Andrea's-Arm-Day? Tsk. Kanina pa eh! I faced whoever person is that.
"Ano ba ka- " I was shocked when I saw two pairs of Dark Hazel Brown Eyes staring at me. Levi.. Nandito siya.
Hawak niya padin ang braso ko habang nakatitig siya sakin. Seriously, hindi ba siya nakakaramdam ng awkwardness? Bakit ganoon siya makatingin? Pakiramdam ko ay tinitignan niya ang buong pagkatao ko.
Nagulat ako nang bigla niya akong hilain palapit sa kaniya na dahilan para mapasandal ako sa dibdib niya. And right now, he.. He stared down at my lips!
Lips.. It reminds me of Lucas' kiss. Forget that Andrea.
"Stubborn girl. I told you not to come here. You should know that i'm not always around to watch you." Wait. Si Levi ba talaga 'to? Hindi naman siya ganito mag-salita eh. And he doesn't need to watch me, right? Ano bang problema nito?
My hreart increases its beat when he started leaning down. Holy Moses,Levi. You're killing me. He was holding my back kaya hindi ako maka-atras. Then suddenly, he placed his left thumb on my lower lip and gently traces it once. As if he is clearing something from it.
"Forget his kiss, Andrea."
His words sets the butterflies inside me and they started dancing in my belly. He wants me to forget Lucas' kiss. And they, the butterflies, even danced more when he softly placed his lips into mine.
Ayoko mag-assume. But, i can feel his sincerity. At naiintindihan ko na ang ginagawa niya. But why is he doing this? Nalilito ako! He would always left me hanging on something. He wouldn't explain anything. Kaya ang hirap niyang intindihin eh.
I didn't find myself stopping him. Wala naman akong ininom na alcohol, pero feeling ko may tama ako. Maybe his kiss was the one that makes me feel drunk. eww, that's too corny.
Our lips parted. Magkadikit ang mga noo namin at nakahawak ang isang kamay niya sa pisngi ko. His eyes was slightly closed. I felt his breathe when he talked because he was too close.. Too close that I feel like suffocating and I can't breath.
"These are mine. Just mine."
Para akong nahulog sa pinaka mataaa na parte ng rollercoaster ride. Alam niyang hinalikan ako ni Lucas. Baka nga nakita pa niya. My err.. lips belongs only to him he said. But why is he saying that things? Tsaka.. Kailan pa naging ganito si Levi? Bakit?
Bakit?
Tumalikod na siya at nagsimulang maglakad palayo. I gathered all my guts to ask just one question. Just one. Kahit isa lang.
"Why are you acting like this?"
He's more or less 3 meters apart. Sigurado akong narinig pa niya ang mga sinabi ko.
Humarap siya sa'kin and he showed a smile. a bitter smile?
"It wasn't an acting, Andrea. But I wish it was just an act."
Pagkasabi niya noon ay tumalikod na ulit siya. I think I picked the wrong question. I should've asked him a better question. Sana hindi ako lalong naguluhan.
