"James Potter, you are here for kidnapping an innocent child in order to replace your own, knowing he would not be treated as well as you told your wife, and planning with Dumbledore for him to die at the right time to replace him with your son again." Magic said, looking down their nose at James.

"What? I took the kid of a Death Eater, he should be happy to be able to live for the sake of the light. My son is more important than anyone else! Don't you know he's the one who will defeat You-Know-Who!?" James yelled, Sirius nodding along with him, his chin in the air.

The air around Ron, Hermione, Ginny, and the rest of the people close to Damien was practically frozen as James spoke. The air at the Slytherin table practically prickling with electricity, most noticeably around Damien, who was still sleeping deeply enough he wouldn't be aware of what was going on, Fawkes hopping on the table looking at him.

"The Zabini family aren't Death Eaters, they have always been neutral with an affinity for dark magic." Time said quietly, Blaise felt like they were saying what he was thinking.

"Your son is no longer the child of prophecy, you broke my words when you replaced him with the child you kidnapped. He doesn't even have the right scar, and the one he does have you caused." Fate almost sounded hurt when mentioning the fact that the prophecy they had sent got corrupted so horribly. "Besides, there was never any confirmation that it would be your son."

"So I should put my son's life beneath some child who already had a double and is dark?" James seemed insistent to refuse any responsibility or accept any wrongdoings from his actions.

The room was filled with noise that was filled with anger. It wasn't even just from the Slytherins or other people and families who had magic more oriented around dark magic, but it was also from muggleborns with dark skin.

"Is that all you have to say on this matter?" Magic asked, looking bored with an eerie air around them.

"What more is there for me to say? You're just asking because you have no way to prove me wrong. You already said to Peter that him not putting us first is what he did wrong, wasn't I doing the same!?" James looked almost crazy as he yelled, there was clearly no getting through to him.

"It's not the same, putting your own life and comfort above those who would die for you is different to killing a child with the promise of a happy life for your personal comfort." Time said, but Fate put a hand on their shoulder, their face making it clear that there was no point in continuing.

"James Potter, your punishment will keep you apart from your family you claim to care so much for. You will live from 11 years old again, only this time you will learn at Durmstrang, your actions in this life will haunt your dreams in your new life, although only your worst actions. After you finished your NEWTs you will return to how you are and will stand trial in front of a wizard trial. If you still don't see the fault in your actions then you will face much harsher punishments." Magic looked down at James, their eyes making it clear there was no respect for him.

"You will never be allowed to reconnect with your friends, Lily, or Harry regardless of how much you change." Fate added, wanting to make it clear to James that he wasn't going to get out of his punishment just by claiming that he knew what he did wrong.

Time waved their hand, James disappearing after a moment, during which he was visible as a confused 11 year old. Although Sirius, and the rest of the people who had yet to have their punishments assigned, had his arms died, he still tried to reach out to James before he disappeared, although James himself was the one who started to move away. They had met in first year after all.

"Don't worry, it's your turn now, Sirius Black." Fate said, turning to the man who refused to pale in front of the Concepts.

"You helped James in the kidnapping of Damien, and the spells used to force him to appear as Harry, spells that will never fully be lifted due to their nature. Unlike James, however, you proceeded to have a relationship with Damien, lying to him abut giving him a place to stay away from the relatives you knew abused him. You continued to lie to him, making him think you were surviving on rats, and that you had put yourself in danger to save him. Do you have anything to say for yourself? You were never in Azkaban. But you would let Damien think that you suffered there for 12 years so all of your behaviour would be excused." Magic explained, their words more for the students than Sirius.

"Harry is my godson, of course I should put him before a stranger pretending to be him." Sirius glared at the Concepts through his hair, that was significantly less messy than it was last time Ron and Hermione saw him, only proving that he had always known the truth, as if his words weren't enough. "And how dare you insult me in that? I was abused as a child, I know what that's like, don't you dare insinuate I would ever let that happen to someone."

"Is that why you left your little brother behind to be abused?" Time's eyes seemed to glow as they caught the light oddly, making them look almost deadly.

"He was their favourite child, what harm could he possibly have been in after I left. They never hurt him! I, on the other hand, was always the one they hated and hurt, with every method they knew of!" Sirius yelled.

Over on the Slytherin table, Draco and Blaise were hugging Damien tightly, knowing how hurt he would be if he was hearing what was being said. With each person on trial the Slytherins became more and more glad that Damien was sleeping so deeply, although it did seem a little odd that Dumbledore's bird was the one to do it.

"Favourite child, but not best treated. He was good at hiding how hurt he was, and how desperate he was for your attention and praise, especially after it became clear you hated him. He got his affection from his peers and the family House Elf. He went through hell even worse after you left, and you never once even thought about caring for him." Fate didn't even bother to look at Sirius, cleaning under their fingernails. "But all of this is irrelevant right now."

"You refused to admit fault for your actions, and only made your case worse. Your punishment will start with making you incapable of becoming your animagus you're so proud of. Next, you will be sent to Ilvermorny to relive your Hogwarts years, in a household similar to the one you had in this life, although not as bad as we would never wish that upon anyone, hopefully this time you learn to care for your sibling." Magic smiled cheerfully as they waved their hand, causing Sirius to disappear.

Next it was Snape.

((A/N: Hello all, not a new chapter, just an edit to say that I hated the original cover due to my art skill not being good enough at the time that I originally wrote it, so I redrew it and have replaced the covers. It's not exactly the same as the previous cover, but it is definitely better, lol.))
