weaknesses

Y/n was in the dojo wearing her usual white gi. She stretched as she and her peers waited for instructions from their Sensei's. The bell of the door jingled. The (eye color)-eyed girl turned her head. A familiar curly-haired girl walked into the dojo with a few other girls.

Piper noticed the girl and smiled. She walked up to her "Hey, I'm Piper" the girl introduced herself. "I'm Y/n" Y/n replied. "Y/n? Oh, you must be one of Moon's friends! She told me a few things about you" Piper grinned.

"Class, Fall in" Sliver walked out holding a black box and a paper. Everyone got into their spots while the new girls stood in the back of the dojo. "I see we've got some new students. Anyways, the All Valley committee has made some changes" Silver motioned to the paper he held in his hands. "There's gonna be a separate division for girls. There's also gonna be skills competition: Kata, board breaking, weapons display" informed Silver.

"Think about what you're gonna want to do for the skills competition. And finally," Silver opened the black box which had the dojos logo on it. "Top-of-the-line-gear"
Everyone grinned and looked at their sensei with amazement. "Come to the back" Silver ordered.

Everyone followed to the back to see several boxes, all opened, displaying different outfits. Everyone looked at them with their mouth gaped open. Silver handed each person their box. Not only was the box in itself cool but the clothing was great quality, and came with at least 2 outfits.

Silver and Kreese smirked as they saw the astonishment on their student's faces.

Class finished and Tory walked over to Y/n. "Hey I got a question," Tory said. "Okay, what is it?" Y/n quirked an eyebrow. "I'm having some problems and I have no one to ask for help. I-If I ask your mom—do you, do you think she'll help me?" Tory asked sheepishly. She never asked for help. "My mom? but I thought she got you fired?" Y/n replied. "She told me something a few days ago... I just need to know if she'll help me" Tory said.

"If you ask her and you truly mean what you say. She'll help you" Y/n answered. Tory nodded "thanks" "anytime" Y/n replied.

Y/n was punching the punching bag when Kreese spoke "Class, fall in"

Everyone lined up wearing their new cobra kai apparel.
Y/n wore a red tank-top with the logo on the corner and red shorts that matched the shirt. Andy wore a fitted black tank-top, that had Cobra Kai's logo on the back, and black shorts with red accents.

Kreese and Silver stood before their students. "Today we have a very important lesson don't we, Sensei Silver?" Kreese announced. "Yes, we do. Weakness" "Your opponent's weaknesses must be exploited whenever possible" Kreese began "at the tournament, you'll have to recognize that weakness. And make no mistake, we all have one." added Silver.

"Sensei Kreese doesn't" Tory argued. "Of course he does. We all do." Silver responded "Today, your goal is to find your opponent's weakness and attack it. No points. You hit that mat: you lose. You got it?" The students nodded their heads and Silver clapped his hands "alright. Prepare for combat"

The students sat around like they had when Kenny to 'prove himself worthy'. Kreese called out Tory and Silver called out Piper. The two went to their Senseis before going onto the mat. They got into their fighting positions.
"Aits!"

Piper did a roundoff before trying to land a lunch on Tory. Tory quickly blocked it. Piper lifted her foot to kick the blonde but Tory bent down. Piper proceeded to do another roundoff. "Just gonna dance around or you gonna a throw something?" Tory queried.

"Why not both" Piper ran at Tory and lifted her leg again to hit Tory. Tory moved rapidly and dodged her leg. Piper got a hold of Tory's shoulders and spun her sound. She kneed her in the stomach but Tory swept her legs causing Piper to hit the floor.

Piper leaned on her hands looking up at the blonde "we should do that again some" she said with a smile. "Don't get your hopes up" Tory replied before going back to her spot.

"Good one Sensei, who's next?" Silver asked.

"Mr. Price" Kreese called out. Andy nodded and got up. Silver looked around the dojo. His eyes landed on Y/n.
"LaRusso" Silver called out.

Y/n stood up and made her way in front of the silver-haired man. "do you know what you need to do?" Silver asked reffing to Andy's weakness. Y/n nodded "and what might that be?" Inquired Silver. "You'll see" Y/n replied. Silver cocked an eyebrow. "Show me what you've got LaRusso" Y/n nodded before bowing.

Y/n made her way to the center of the mat where Andy waited. They stood in their fighting stance before bowing.  "Aits!" The two circled around before Andy stuck first. He threw a punch and Y/n quickly blocked it. Andy kicked her in the stomach but it wasn't enough to make her fall. One hit Y/n noted. Andy punched her in the face. But again not enough force. Two hits. "Come on Y/n land a hit" Andy taunted. Y/n pretended to look surprised. Andy smirked and kicked her shoulder.

Three hits.
Y/n stumbled.

Still smirking Andy moved away from Y/n. Y/n moved quickly. She kicked him in the chest before sweeping his legs causing him to fall backward. Y/n stood up "don't let your ego get in the way," Y/n said looking down at Andy.

Y/n walked back to her spot. "Good job, LaRusso," said Silver as she sat down. The boy beside her dapped her up muttering a small 'good job'

"Good one, Sensei Silver" Kreese said.
Next went Kyler and some other boy. And as expected Kyler won. Kreese congratulated the boy and Kyler sat down in his spot.

"Another one for me" Kreese taunted Silver. "Double or nothing?" Suggested Silver. "Okay," Kreese agreed. "Mr.Keene" Robby stood up "Payne," said Silver. People around him snickered. This should be fast some thought.
The two boys got into their fighting stances and bowed.
"Aits!"

Robby kicked at Kenny but he blocked his legs. Robby spun around trying to kick Kenny but Kenny bent down dodging his leg. Robby kicked once more and Kenny blocked. Robby's next kick landed on Kenny's arm. Kenny groaned and Robby instantly stopped. "Whoa, Whoa, are you okay?" Robby asked.

"Back to your corners" ordered Kreese. Kenny made his way over to Silver "I-I don't know what to do. Robby doesn't have any weaknesses" said Kenny. "You're thinking about this the wrong way. Everyone has weaknesses" Silver responded. Kenny nodded and went back on the mat. The males bowed "Aits!"

Robby kicked Kenny in the shoulder. Kenny groaned "Hey, K-Kenny. I'm...I'm sorry if—-" Robby stammered. Kenny swiftly swept Robby's legs. Silver smirked and walked onto the mat. Kenny grinned. "There, what did we learn? The common belief is you shouldn't care what other people that about you, right? Wrong. What you're opponent is thinking is key. In war, in business, in a fight. Don't let your opponent think whatever they want. Make them think what you want them to think. If they think you're weak, that's when you can surprise them with your strength"

"Good job" Silver mumbled to Kenny before muttering something to Kreese and walking to the back of the dojo.
Kenny and Robby fist-bumped.

"Class dismissed"
