Y/n and Andy stepped out of Andy's new car. They could hear the music playing from afar. Y/n straightened her dress. Y/n looked at the banner that hung.

Welcome to the West Valley High Junior Prom

"Ready?" Andy asked. "Not really" Y/n replied. Andy chuckled. The male walked up to Y/n and offered his arm.
Y/n excepted it and likened their arms. They made their way into the building.

Amelia, Demetri, Yasmine, and Eli stood around their table. They had spotted everyone from Cobra Kai but Y/n and Andy. They sipped their punch not saying too much.
To say the least, their most exciting night was starting to feel uneventful.

Y/n and Andy stepped through the curtains and people that stood by the snack table stared at them. They looked godly. One more than the other. "No way," Amelia said suddenly. Yasmine looked at her "what?" She asked. "Look who's here" Amelia pointed to the pair. Demetri turned his head and saw Y/n walking in, her arm linked with Andy's.

Although they weren't the only ones who spotted them. From the dance floor, Miguel and Sam stopped their dancing as they saw Y/n and Andy walk in. Y/n made eye contact with the two. "Let's go," Y/n said leading Andy to a table.

Tory and Robby arrived earlier than Y/n and Andy and were standing by a table talking to each other. Y/n approached them "cool if we stick with you guys?" Y/n asked. Tory and Robby looked the boy and girl up and down. "Yeah" Robby replied. "You guys look good" Andy complimented. "You guys aren't too bad," Tory remarked. Y/n and Andy laughed. Robby looked at Y/n "you look great" Y/n smiled "you too"

They spent their time talking about the upcoming all valley, their specialty routines, and more karate.
That was until Robby and Tory heard a song they liked well enough to show up Sam and Miguel on the dance floor. Andy watched them before speaking up and looking at Y/n. "Let's go" Andy motioned to the dance floor. "No, I really don't want to" Y/n replied. "Come on," Andy said and grabbed Y/n's hands.

Demetri and Amelia danced 'together' while Yasmine danced with Moon. Andy pushed through Demetri and Amelia, not saying a word. Tory and Robby had already begun dancing getting peoples attention.

Demetri looked at Andy and Y/n their hands interlocked together. Amelia gritted her teeth.

Andy danced but Y/n stood awkwardly. "Come on" Andy encouraged. Y/n rubbed her arm "I don't dance" Y/n replied. "Really? Didn't seem that way in the Halloween Dance" Andy recalled. Y/n looked at Tory who danced almost flawlessly. "I get what you're trying to do but I can't dance like that" Y/n replied.

"So how about we just—" Y/n began walking away. Andy snaked his arm around the (hair color) girl and pulled her close looking into her eyes.

Y/n's eyes widened.

Demetri furrowed his eyebrows at them. Y/n glanced at Demetri then at Andy. "I hate you"

I see there's something burning inside you

Y/n finally began to sway with Andy. The two moved to the same rhythm and moved almost effortlessly.
