It was a few hours before Junior Prom.

Y/n and Andy stretched as they sat on the mat.
"Guys the limo is coming at six!" Kyler announced "so don't be late or else we're leaving. Cause my date and I, are on a mission" Piper scoffed "oh my god, I bet she doesn't even exist"

"Excited?" Andy said looking at Y/n. Y/n rose her bow "for?" Andy rolled his eyes "Prom, duh? Crashing Amelia's and Demetri's night?" said Andy. "My question still stands, how the hell do we do that?" Y/n stretched her arms. Andy shrugged "we'll find a way"

"Alright, class. Fall in" Kreese ordered.
Silver and Kreese stood in front of their students "Today's lesson is about balance. Not the way Miyagi-Do teaches it." Kreese looked at Y/n. "You're going to learn how to get inside the minds of your opponents and throw them off balance. Pair up"

Andy and Y/n paired up together. They threw punches at each other and blocked them. Minutes after the door jingled meaning someone had walked into the dojo.

Y/n glanced and saw the same chubby guy who hit her in the school fight. "Wassup!" He laughed "You remember that from the old bud commercials? I guess you guys are too young for....probably weren't even born" Raymond blabbed. "Eddie, what's going on, man? Hey, good to see you. Dieter, how's your mom doing? Wish she'd call, You could've had a really cool stepdad" Raymond teased.

"Sensei! Sir, I am reporting for duty and I require no thanks." Kreese tilted his head "thanks for what?"
"Oh, uh, you know, just defending the dojo." Raymond replied. "And I-I served my time, Sensei sir." Raymond bowed. "Look, we're trying to train for the tournament. Let's carry on, everyone" Kreese said. Everyone looked away from the older man and heavier guy.

"The All Valley tourney. I'm well aware. Say, listen, I got a couple of good ideas. Just basic strategy." Raymond replied. "Don't be ridiculous. You were never a part of this team. You're a buffoon. A joker, an embarrassment. You have no value here" Kreese said.

Raymond chuckled nervously "w-wow...what? But Sensei, I'm, um, I'm one of the guys, you know?" "You will never be Cobra Kai. You get that?" Kreese asked. "Oh, wait, wait, I get it. T-this is um...this is a test, right? Yeah, this is a test." Raymond answered. "Get the hell out of here" Kreese gritted his teeth. Raymond turned around and began walking towards the door "challenged accepted" Raymond cleared his throat. He walked out of the dojo.

Class went quickly and soon enough everyone was off to get ready for the school dance. Tory and Robby walked past Y/n and Andy who were getting ready to leave themselves "You guys going to the dance?" Robby asked. Y/n nodded "yeah," "Guess we'll see you guys later," Tory said and with that, the pair left. Y/n looked at Andy and raised her eyebrows. Andy shrugged.

Y/n and Andy got into Andy's car and made their way home.

Y/n took a shower. When she got out she dried her body, put on shorts and a t-shirt, and let her hair dry. Once dry she began to (curl/straighten) her hair. She applied small amounts of makeup: mascara, lipstick/lipgloss, and a little bit of eyeshadow. Y/n walked up to her closet and slid open the door. Her dress hung inside. It was blue, Demetri's favorite color. It was off the shoulder and ended just above the knees.

Y/n put on some black small heels and looked at herself in the mirror. She tilted her head something's missing she told herself. Looking at her bed stand she spotted the blue crystal necklace Demetri gave her. Forgot I took that off Y/n walked over bed stand. Y/n picked it up and put it on. Y/n looked back at the mirror.

In the living room, Andy waited in his dark blue suit, which matched Y/n's. Kathy and her husband waited impatiently waiting for the (hair color) girl to walk down the stairs.

Andy's father turned to him. "Here, I know how much you say you want your own car instead of driving ours. And you said you wanted one of these, so I hope you like it." Andy's father pulled out a small box and handed it to him. Andy opened the box. Car keys for a BMW.

Andy's eyes widen and looked at his parents. "It was a little hard to get some of the money, but it's worth it because it's for you" Kathy caresses Andy's face. Andy smiled softly and gave his parents a small hug.

Andy, Kathy, and her husband turned their heads as they heard Y/n walking down the stairs. Kathy clapped her hands as Y/n stepped off the last stair "oh you look so beautiful!" Kathy cooed. Y/n laughed nervously. "Thanks," Andy looked at her star-stuck. Kathy pulled out the corsage and boutonnière for the two. Andy slipped the corsage around her wrist. Andy's father took pictures as he did so. Y/n took hold of the boutonnière and pined it into his jacket. "Get together! Let's take a picture!" Kathy softly pushed the two together.

Andy smiled at Y/n, who smiled back. "Alright get nice and close! Smile!" Kathy said taking the camera from her husband. Y/n smiled and so did Andy. Kathy took a few before being content with one "okay now a silly one!" Kathy exclaimed.

Andy got into a fighting position. Y/n laughed at his antics and copied him. "Yes! Say cheese!" Kathy laughed.
Kathy put the camera down letting the two know their photoshoot was over with. "Okay, you guys have fun! We'll be going to the country club. Be safe okay?" Kathy informed. The teens nodded "alright, go on now" Andy's father said.

Andy opened the door and Y/n walked out. Andy walked out and closed the door. Y/n saw the new car sitting in the driveway. "Is that—?" Y/n looked at Andy. Andy lifted the keys "yep" Andy unlocked the doors. Like any gentleman would he opened the door for Y/n before getting in himself.

Andy stepped in and sat quietly. "I guess this isn't the one you wanted?" Y/n chuckled. "No, no I like it. I appreciate it. I just," Andy sighed "I planned on buying it myself. I feel like my parents buy everything, and I know some might say I shouldn't complain but—but I feel bad you know?" Andy looked at Y/n. "I wished they tell me I had to get and job use my own money. I feel this sort of guilt about using their money. Hell, I don't think I've ever bought them something that wasn't their money. I wanna buy them things with my own actual money"

Y/n listened carefully. She'd never seen him this vulnerable. "Sorry that came out of nowhere" Andy cleared his throat and turned on his car. "No, it's fine." Y/n shot him a genuine smile. "Thanks...now, let's get to that dance" Andy backed out of his driveway and drove to their destination.
