"Halika na at marami pa ang naghihintay sa 'yo doon." Sabi ng pinsan ko na itinuturing ko ng kapatid.
I glance at the city for a while before stepping on the stair to enter our private jet.
I feel heavy for leaving her once again. But I made a promise that I'll come back to get her when everything is fine. I just hope that she'll do fine while I'm away. Hoping that she will not do anything to harm herself.
A day or two and I will be back.
"Uy kuya, dito ka na para makaalis na tayo. Alam mo na para mas maaga mong mabalikan yung mahal mo."
I unconsciously smiled but it eventually faded when I witnessed what happened earlier.
"Huwag ka ng bumusangot dyan, mahal ka noon." He assured me.
"Alam ko. Doon ka na nga."
He was about to sit when he received a text message. Tumingin siya sa'kin para magpaalam.
"Ikaw nalang muna ang bumalik doon. Susunod nalang ako." Paalam niya bago bumaba.
Nakatingin lang ako sa bintana hanggang sa sinabi na ng piloto namin that we're ready to take off.
Nasa ere na kami ng maisipan kong buksan ang smartphone ko. Pumunta ako sa messages at hinanap ang contact niya.
I typed 'I love you. I promise I will be back.' And sent it to her. I just feel the need to send her that message to assure that everything will be fine.
Our flight will take about 2 hours to land on our destination. So I decided to take a nap since I've only slept for like 3 hours.
I woke up from turbulence. But I'm sure this is not just a simple turbulence because the plane is severely shaking, the lights are going off, and the alarms are making noise.
One of our crew walked near to me while holding on the sides for support. He sat himself next to my seat as he put his seatbelt on.
"What the fuck is happening?" Though nervousness is taking over my body, I managed to asked calmly.
"I don't know, sir. We're about to land when I went to the cockpit."
I looked out from the window and I felt that something's not right. We're on a high speed landing and it's making my heart uncontrollable.
I was about to stand up to go to the cockpit to see what's going on, when an explosion occurred, rocking all of us violently. One of the engines had blown.
The captain was trying to calm us all down, assuring us that we would land safely but I couldn't! How can we calm down during this time?! One of the engines had just blown!
Pinipilit kong pakalmahin ang sarili ko pero nakalimutan yatang ioff ng captain dahilan para marinig ang mga sinabi niya that made think about everything.
'Please, I have a family.'
"Turn right! Turn right! Fuck, we're crashing. Please turn RIGHT! Fuck!!"
That's the last thing I heard and everything went blackout.
