I jump and land perfectly on my feet. I look around at the initiates, and they are all dazed. "Hello my name is Max and I am one of the Dauntless leaders. If you want to get into dauntless you have to jump." max says
"I'm going to introduce to you six and Uriah" he says as he pulls us up
"six like the number that's not a name" some Erudite says
"What's your name erudite?" I question
"Eric"
"Haha well Eric, i may be 14, but if I wanted to put up with Candor smart mouths, I would be living in Candor right now" I tell him up in his face.
"You don't scare me a little girl" He says with a smirk on his face.
"Oh no you didn't " Uriah and Zeke say at the same time
"Ok ok enough, six you don't want to scare them on the first day. because we need them alive for tomorrow" max says as he pulls me away from Eric's face.
"Ok who wants to jump first?"
"ME ME ME ME" Uriah says. But I just push him out of the way and stand on the ledge. Everyone backs away from the ledge. "Trissy? I wanna go first" Uriah wines
"You went first last time"i say with a grim look on my face, while Uriah pouts.
" Seriously guys? Your scared to go close to the ledge, when there are 2, 14 year olds not afraid to jump off the ledge!. Tris here has been doing it since she was 5. Uriah 8. Seriously!? " Max says bewildered.
I just smirk bend me knees and jump. I let out screams of joy, as I'm being cradled by the net. I look up and see Uriah falling from the ledge. So I quickly, roll off the net with some help from Amar.
"Hey Amar! Wasss up!"
"Was up Pedrad!"
Amar is like my second dad, after my dad died from a horribly murder. He got pushed off into the chasm, right in front off me.
"How are the transfers this year? Did you scare them yet?" He asks
"Hell yeah! I scared an Erudite so hard he shit his pants. But he put on a brave face, but you could see a dark blue/brown spot, in his light blue pants" (😂)
"That's my favourite Pedrad" Amar says laughing.
" Hey what about me?" Uriah wines
"Meh... I gotta go talk to the transfers hahaha"
Amar says nervously and walks away to go meet the transfers.
"Ass.. I'm the best Pedrad" Uriah mutters. I just silently laugh, and walk away to meet the initiates I will help train.
