Chapter 11- Tensions

Rayna's POV:

I'm a terrible person! I didn't mean to upset her. She seemed like a nice person, I shouldn't have judged her. I knew I had to apologized Penny should too. But I knew her pride would get in the way.

The air was frigid, I decided to wear a simple orange and white striped long-sleeve shirt with jean capris. I brushed my hair and left it down. I slipped my brown leather sandals on and went to find Penny.

Penny was in the outside the cabin watching the guys and Anna sitting on the bench swing. "Drake hates me now...... Not that I care", she looks down. I sighed and gave her a hug.

I went back inside and picked out an outfit for Penny, so we could leave quickly. I picked out baby blue skinny jeans with a gray slip-on sweater over a plain white tank top. I pulled her into the cabin and waited for her to change. She wore her white leather sandals and pulled her blond hair into a ponytail.

We walked to the sports arena and walked the other counselors play basketball.

Anna's POV:

We walked back to cabin after I was done crying. I didn't know why they hated me. I've never done anything to them, I just met them! I shivered under the misty cold morning air. When we got back to the cabin Penny and Rayna already left.

Since it was cold, I pulled on my acid-washed light blue skinny jeans. Then I found my loose pull-over sweater with navy,cream, and rose pink stripes. I tied my white converse and let my hair fall in waves.

"Are you ready to go?", asked Nick. He was being protective this whole day, I kinda like this side of him. Drake and Will left earlier to find Penny. Drake felt he shouldn't have lashed out on her and wanted to apologize.

"Yea!", I smiled and took his hand that he offered me. We decided to go to the arena and play basketball. nick looked at me in surprise when I said I liked playing sports, "What? You think I don't know how to play sports?" I asked him jokingly, he thought I was actually offended. "No no, I didn't mean that. No I'm sorry, I-I just.... Sorry."

I started to laugh uncontrollably. He gave me a confused look. Then, to my surprise, he grabbed me and gave me a bear hug. "I'm sorry!" I giggled and looked up, "It's not your fault, I'm fine."

We walked into the arena to find Rayna and Penny. "We can leave if you want.....", Nick stated looking at me. "No I'm fine. I can't just leave every time I see them."
