Kusuke I fixed my hair and sprayed cologne "Hey are you almost ready?" Makoto asked "Yeah, let's go" I said and grabbed my phone, he offered me his hand and I took it as we walked out of the hotel room and down to the car that would take us the theater. Amari, Shoyo, Tobio, and Amaris Girlfriend we're waiting for us at the entrance. "Long time no see Tō" Amari said "Yeah, sorry about that Amari" "It's fine" we piled into the limo and drove to the Oscars which were taking place in Tokyo. When we arrived we were greeted with paparazzi, yelling our names and flashing lights in our faces. Once we walked inside photographers took our pictures and we sat down. "Are you nervous?" I asked looking at Makoto "A little, now that I'm out to the world" "If anyone calls you a slur I will gladly kill" I said and he chuckled "Thank you darling but that's not needed" he said and the Oscars started, 15 minutes before it ended Makoto ran off.

Makoto I ran to one of the cameramen and asked them to help me with something, Amari mane sure Kusuke wasn't around to see it. I pulled out a small box and the camera pointed at it, I opened it and he backed up to so my face was in view. I smiled, winked, shushed the audience, and closed the box spinning out of frame. I could hear people cheering, meaning they had seen it.

"Alright and with that- oh? Nevermind I guess there's one thing left" the announcer said and Makoto walked out onto the stage with a stool and a guitar "Hello everyone, sorry for holding you up from going home but I need to do something. But I order to do that I need someone up here with me" he said "Kenjiro, can you come up here please?" I stayed seated frozen "Go go go!" Amari said pushing me to get up "Why!?" "Don't ask questions, just do it!" She said and I walked up the stairs and onto the stage, one of the stage hands handed me a mic "Thanks" "Hi" he said and smiled "Hi?" "Just sit here" he said and I sat on the stool "um I don't know how to start this" he said "nevermind I do, I have a gift for you. Well technically two, maybe three" "Okay" he put the mic in the stand then pulled the guitar in front of him. He moved the mic stand so could see me as well. He smiled and started strumming on his guitar.
The second he started playing I knew what he was doing.

The theater erupted with applause, Makoto smiled and waited for it to die down. "I started writing this song around the time I was filming Vengeance of Love, I ended up performing it in front of the cast. I knew it was unfinished then and I wanted to add a few verses. If you guys live under a rock and havnt figured it out yet, Kusuke and I have been dating for about 6 months now but have been with each other for almost a year. So much had happened since we met, and I've always known that he was my soulmate. Platonic or romantic, wherever he went I would follow. Then the whole coma thing happened, putting everything on pause. And I'm gonna be honest with you, hah something's been bothering me. I mean I have no clue how much of my life I have left to live before something like that happens again. So" he said "I'm gonna do something about it" he said and got down on one knee, the crowd went nuts "I'm gonna wait for you guys to be quiet so I can continue" eventually everyone shut up and I just stared at him wide eyed "I think you know where this is going" he said "I've been struggling to figure out what to say for weeks now. I wanted this speech to be perfect, but I realized it didn't need to be. Because I'm in love with you and I want to spend the rest of my life with you in our cute little loft with our furry baby named Kaito. Because you are my life, you're beautiful, handsome, adorable, sexy, hot, god I could go on for hours.... Kusuke Saiki, will you marry me?" He asked opening the box

"Yes, oh my fucking god yes" I said and the crowd cheered, he stood up and put the ring on my finger then hugged me "I love you" he said "I love you more than life itself" "I love you too" I said and he pulled away
"One last thing, my name is not Tooru Mugami. My name is Makoto Teruhashi, goodbye" he said and pulled me off stage, the others congratulate us and we made our way back to the limo. All while fighting more paparazzi. I was engaged, something I never thought I'd accomplish.
