Exhaling Alora brushed hair out of her face and smiled overly politely when she entered a new room. A young woman lied on the bed, a little sleepy and her skin a pale hue due to her condition. "So, Miss Taylor, I got your daily post-dinner-meds!"

Alora's smile was so blinding it made the thirty-year-old mimic it right away. "You seem to be in a good mood. Or faking it is easy for you...oh my god, am I dying?!"

Chuckling the nurse shook her head. "You are actually doing so much better; I would never lie to you. I'm...really in a good mood. There's something to look forward to after work that isn't just resting and sleep."

"That would be?" the young cancer patient took the pills into her shaky hands and Alora blushed at the thought. "Sorry, my lips are sealed. I just brought the pills, Kaia will come later for your last meds for the day, alright?"

The bed ridden woman nodded with a weak smile and Alora bid goodbye from her, closing the door after her when she left. And as soon as she roamed the rather quiet halls of the fifth floor Alora couldn't help curling her fingers in her own grasp, shortly closing her eyes. Once the nurse was alone her thoughts drifted off to Jun and all his touches, they even lingered on her throughout the tough and long shift. Her legs would sometimes tremble when Alora thought too much about the steamy night they spent, still feeling Jun's hands all over her in the most beautiful ways and she was so addicted to it.

She was wondering if it was even real, Alora was scared once Jun picked her up, he never managed to make her feel like this again, this ecstatic. It was a strange feeling; she was craving those sensations and touches already and still couldn't believe how they actually felt.

Even Elgan and Treasa mocked her for the dreamy look in her eyes, they said she had literal cartoon heart eyes. Alora was confused herself; she was running around like a headless chicken at the amount of work in the hospital for the past hours, getting tired of course – but as soon Jun's smile entered the back of her eyes, she was suddenly caffeinated, or his bed-room eyes at that, and she was so enamored by both.

Alora didn't notice she had already arrived on the second floor as the elevator doors opened and she corrected her ponytail while walking up to Elgan behind the counter.

He stared up at his best friend so she locked eyes with him too, waiting, as his eyes blinked in confusion. "Yes, ma'am?"

She stretched her hand out. "New clipboard for the greedy worker." Elgan leaned forward and checked the time on the computer, side-eyeing Alora. "Go home, you maniac. It's past your shift. You know the head isn't giving you more overtime-money. You've done more than anyone today, I think someone's trying to forget badly they have a little something to return to."
