Chapter Six

"You know, I've been thinking the same way as you do." She said to me, referring to my thoughts that Auntie Charlie did not commit suicide but instead, a victim of murder.

"Why don't we show this to the police? I mean, we've got to do something about it. This murderer right there should be caught." I suggested but she just shook her head.

"No, Red. It will just add fire to fire." She said as I looked at her confused. She replayed the video and focused on the murderer. She paused the video and zoomed it in, focusing the label on the back. I read the label.

Neo-Wisdom Corporation

My eyes widen knowing that the murderer is associated with Neo-Wisdom. Neo-Wisdom is a big company but why did they have to do this to Auntie Charlie? They had money, lands, partnerships in different countries and of course, the trust of humankind and my Auntie Charlie has none compared to them. She lost a spouse, she's growing old, and lastly, her business is experiencing bankruptcy. They had the world to kill. They could even kill the president but why do they choose Auntie Charlie? Does killing an innocent human makes the company greater?

"What do you mean 'add fire to fire'?" I asked to her.

"Even if I show this footages, nothing will happen. Neo-Wisdom is a big company and they own the government as long as the president is under their hands. I know you might think that my mother is innocent. I'm not saying that she deserved her death but my mother has one more mask." She said as she open one of her cabinet shelves. She grabbed a red envelope.

"My mother, or Auntie Charlie as you refer to her, is not just the ordinary sweet baker you know." She hand me the envelope. "But she is also a part of the revolution. A revolution against Neo-Wisdom."

"A revolution against Neo-Wisdom?"

"Since my father's death, My mother has been a part of the revolution. My mom hated Neo-Wisdom for not giving the death benefits of my father. Yes, my father was a former employee of Neo-Wisdom and he holds one information about Neo-Wisdom that nobody knows. Upon father's death, he passed the secret to my mother. My mother told the leaders of the revolution, making her an elder in the revolution team and also a threat to Neo-Wisdom. One member of the revolution betrayed making him spoil the plans and secrets to Neo-Wisdom. You might think that Neo-Wisdom had done this to my mother for revenge but this is just only a warning, believe me. As I've said, Neo-Wisdom is a big company and they are not going let an independent group erase that title."

"How do you know so much?" I asked her as I look at the envelope.

"Because, I am also a part of the revolution." She answered that made me cleared my throat. "We know in ourselves that we don't know each other that well but I am asking you to keep this revolution a secret as I give my complete trust to you. You'll be perfect to be a part of revolution. I am formally inviting you to be a part of the revolution against Neo-Wisdom. Do this for the truth. Do this for a change. Do this for My mother or your Auntie Charlie. Do this for Neon."

I looked at her with full of surprise. How did she know about Neon? Was Neon a part of the revolution? Or she intends to say that my fiance is in huge trouble and I need to be a part of this revolution to save him. "How do you know?" There are my questions that circles in her invitation but I was only left asking one thing.
