Chapter 5

I held on to Micheals arm as he drugged me throught the airport. For some unknows reason I didn't even feel the urge to escape. Yet something in me still didn't accept the fate that was forced on me. I felt invisible. Like no one knew I was there. I had to be careful so I didn't walk into anyone. ' How long will the plane journey last?' I asked him. My voice squicky. ' An hour and a half, you should relax a little. Your distress is showing.' Well no shit Sherlock! I'm being dragged off to another country without my family and friends knowing, that is called kidnapping! Micheal made a low growling sound in his throgh that immeditly stoped my trian of thoughts. ' Watch your language young lady! And you should be glad that I didn't kill you instead of being so disrespectful!' Great, so now I can't even think. What the hell was I gonna do now? Finaly Michael came to a stop. This place was way less crowded which allowed me to breathe more easyly. ' Micheal! Turaya!' I saw Rachel fast walking towards us. She had a big smile plastered on her face. Somehow her presence made me more cheerful. ' Took you long enought.' She said as she came to a stop in front of us. ' Well we here now.' Micheal said in a gloomy voice. When we all started walking in the direction of the planes.

I was surprised to find out that we had our own separate jet, how the he'll did they have money for all that!? Like always Micheal answered my question ' We are nearly immortal, so with years the budgets grow. Plus if we all put it together we have quite a fortune. And by the way Turaya, you should cut down with the word hell, in my time you would be burned at a stake for summoning the devil.' I simply stared. I knew if I let myself think about what he said there would be a train track of swearing words coming and I really was tired of Micheal scolding me for thinking. ' Micheal! Stop scaring the poor girl, we not even in France jet but she already wants to run home.' I jumped when I heard Rachels voice because I complete forgot she was there. I looked up at her giving dirty looks at Micheal. ' Thanks.' I said to Rachel with a smile. She returned my smile and said ' We women need to stick together, there's too many men already.' I was pleased to hear Rachel call me a woman. I been called many things as stupid teenager, miss, young lady but a woman wasn't one of them and it made me feel more grown up. Micheal was sending a scowl our ways which made my smile bigger. Maybe the whole new start wouldn't be so bad or maybe it's gonna be hell. Who knows, I don't think anyone one was in my situation before. ' Actually there been some people before, but only a few.' Ugh!? I really should reconsider the running and screaming part.

When we got on the jet everything went on smoothly. At first I tried looking out the window but it was dark so I couldn't see anything. So at the end I just given up and decided to catch on some sleep. The only time when something interesting happened was when the jet was landing I got a nosebleed from the pressure. Everyone had to leave the cabin except one of the air hosstes that were on the jet with us. She helped me stop the nosebleed and stayed with me till we landed properly. When Michael came back to collect me and from there we went out of the airport to a red shiny Mercedes waiting for us across the street. When we were finally sited in the car Michael decided to talk to me. Or scold me in other words. ' You should have told me you get nosebleeds from high pressures! This could have ended with a disaster!' Damn, now he made me mad. I really hated when people shouted at me. ' I didn't know I get nosebleeds from high pressures, this never happened before!' I shouted back, feeling totally frustrated. He was blaming me and it wasn't even my fault!? My shouting must have made him more mad because that moment the air in the car must have reached a minus and Michael become really quiet. Suddenly I become really nervous and wished to be as far away from him as possible. When out of nowhere Michael grabbed my wrist and pulled me toward him so we were in an eye level. I couldn't take my gaze of his ice cold black eyes. They made me feel like I was falling into a deep dark hole and there was totally nothing to save me.

' Turaya... Don't you dare raise your voice at me ever again. Are we clear?!' He said while crashing my wrist so hard that it felt like any moment it would snap. ' Yes.' I winced in pain and defeat. He didn't just crush my wrist, he also crushed all the fight I had in me. Michael released my wrist my and smiled at me. It was a satisfied smile that made me want to cry. 'Good girl.' He said in a voice matching his smile. He brought his hand up to and stroked my hair, gently, like I was a piece of delicate china. This was it, I couldn't hold it anymore. A tear rolled down my face. It made me feel more defeated than ever. 'Now don't cry. Next time just follow the rules.' He said in a voice that a person would use on a little child. Soft but at the same time firm. We sat like that for few more minutes, him stroking my hair and me crying till I calmed down. At the end Michael just given me a tissue and turned around to start the car. I just sat there miserable and defeated, rubbing my sore wrist. ' Ready to go?' Michael asked in a cheerful voice. I wasn't ready to talk so I just answered him in my mind. When he started the car and off we were. To my new home.
