Sander Sides Headcanons I Have

Subconscious Nursery

Ok, ok hear me out what if the Sides were raised in a nursery in the subconscious by other older sides who taught them how to their job while also subconsciously influencing Thomas and then when Thomas reached a certain age they were aloud to leave and enter the normal conscious and that's why we have that weird existential crisis with our personality and other things in our teens cause our sides are just coming out of the subconscious and taking the wheel and opening our eyes to reality slowly.

Like Janus would have been raised in the Inhibitory Control nursery with other sides related to that region of the brain
And the same goes for the others raised with other sides related to their region of the brain

But, only certain sides leave the subconscious because they have the highest influence on Thomas but the other sides still have influence on Thomas just that it's subconsciously instead of up right influencing him like the others.

(Edit) oh yeah! I almost forgot, the older sides would be adults and the sides would be small children. The older sides would probably be called head of the nursery or mother/father or guardian.

They would also take care of new sides that pop in throughout Thomas' life (because if we're being honest we never really stop developing we are always adapting and developing new things to help us become a better version of ourselves)
