Summary: After an interesting conversation with his father, Draco is left stumped at who told his father of the events that transpired that night. Meanwhile, said father sends a suspicious letter to Dumbledore, who seems to ship Drarry more than ever (even if he doesn't admit it), and Snape's classroom seems to be the perfect destination for couples to form.

Spoiler alert at the beginning of the chapter there are some what seem to be homophobic views but there's no derogatory language used (key words are seem to be; I won't give anything away but let's just say that Lucius has a reason for his views (backstory in the 4-5th chapter woo!), although I don't think he should threaten his son.

Draco walked into the Forbidden Forest, eyes scanning the area. When he noticed no one was nearby he called out a timid “You can come out now. Sorry for being late.” request into what looked like the empty forest.
“How I’ve missed you Draco,” they said as they revealed themself, coming out of a nearby bush.
“Father. Why have you asked me to meet with you?”
Lucius Malfoy’s face darkened slightly as he hid a grin. “Just wanted to talk with my son.”
Draco looked at him uncomfortably. He knows.
“It’s mediocre.” Maybe he doesn’t know about that.
“Good, good. Was the ball fun?” He knows. He fucking knows.
“It was good,” was all Draco said.
“You went with Parkinson right?”
“Yeah,” He said half-lying. He did go with her, just not as a date.
“You know how disappointed I would be if I found out you were lying, right?”
The younger hesitated. “I know.”
The other sighs deeply. “I received a message from an anonymous person. They said you were seen with a boy, and that you guys had quite a nice time.”

All Draco could do was gape at the parchment his father pulled out of his pocket. How did he know? No one was there! Apart from him...

He continued. “In fact, from what I’ve heard, you guys kissed.”
“Father, I’m sure there’s been a misunderstanding. That person must be lying!”
“I thought so too. He paused. "Draco, you know how I feel about this and yet you still went behind my back and did it," Lucius said, stepping towards Draco with a somber look.

"I-I'm sorry Father."

"Sorry won't do it this time." He wouldn't do that... would he?

"What?"

"I just... want to have a little chat with that boy." Bullshit. "You wouldn't happen to know who he is, would you?"

"I don't," Draco said, emotionless. To be fair, he was still trying to get his head around the fact that he most likely kissed The-Boy-Who-Lived for Merlin's sake. And he was Potter's rival after all!

"Really? Don't lie to me," his father said, hostility seeping into his voice.

"No, I really don't know."

Lucius seems to have chosen his words carefully, for he paused before he spoke again and tried to hide his annoyance. "Alright. I'm going to find that boy one way or another." He adjusted his scarf (Slytherin themed of course). "It was nice talking to you Draco. You can go back and rest now. I'll see you soon." As soon as those words left his mouth, he Apparated away and left Draco.

"Shit!" Draco cried out. "He can't know it was Potter and I... Why can't I have what I want for once..." He said softer, then headed back to the castle.

Harry, Ron, Hermione, Blaise and Pansy all lined up by the entrance of a Potions classroom. Ron was yelling at a terrified Blaise while Pansy and Hermione were contently chatting to each other. Harry, on the other hand, was panicking.
I can't go into the classroom! I have a project with Malfoy… and I'm the most awkward person ever.
