We went on another date, and though the progression is slow, we're becoming more comfortable with each other. She still declined when I asked her to come home with me. And I meant my house, which Keith and I decorated. He's a bit frustrated since it has been nearly a month since we finished it and his mom hasn't seen it yet. I told him that it's better for him to see it for himself anyway, so we might schedule a day outing with his mom.

Tonight progressed differently, though...

She was clearly nervous and I had to think why. Nothing comes to mind.

Dinner was a bit awkward as she didn't seem attentive to the conversation we're trying to have. I started feeling nervous for a different reason. Is she going to dump me? Wait, I meant... is she going to tell me that we'll have to stop dating?

I pursed my lips. I'm sure I didn't make any bad impression. Being away from cases is doing unimaginative things to my psyche. I shouldn't be thinking like this. Rational, that's what I should be.

As she can't seem able to converse inside the restaurant, I invited her out. Maybe take a walk.
