"Dad!" "Daddd!" "Daddy!" "Wake up we gonna be late"
I thought I was just dreaming until I felt a slap on my face making my eyes shoot open. I held my face as I glared at my sassy 8 year daughter who stood over me with her arms crossed.
"I know you did not just slap me"
"Yes I did slap you, it's 7:30 and your still not up yet. You know my ballet practice starts at 10" she said looking at her watch then back at me with her arms crossed
I looked at the clock on my nightstand then leaped outa bed running to the bathroom connected to my room cutting the shower on.
Eris rolls her eyes and sighs. "He is so unorganized with his life, he need a woman" she slapped her forehead then walked out my room to hers
I took a quick shower then got out and brushed my teeth. I went into my walk-in closet and grabbed the outfit of the day

I went to my night stand to grab my phone but it wasn't there. I looked all over my bed and didn't see it, I went to the bathroom and looked for it but didn't see it. Eris must've heard me looking for it cuz she shouted
"IT'S IN YOUR JACKET POCKET FROM LAST NIGHT" from downstairs
I look in the pocket of the jacket I wore last night and seen my phone. I swear without my daughter I would be so lost and out of it.
I jogged downstairs and seen Eris sitting at the table doing her homework with her body suit and tights on.
"Why you doing homework on a Saturday" I said kissing her cheek then grabbing a water from the fridge
"Dad you know I'm a teachers assistant in Mrs. Danny's class I need to keep my reputation, so I have to turn all my work in"
"Why are you worried about a reputation your in 3rd grade" I said taking a swig from my water bottle
"Reputations always matter no matter what age you are duh" she said rolling her eyes
"Uh so mean" I said grabbing my keys and heading for the door
