"Are you serious? Nothing happened?" Namjoon asked, he seemed disappointed that his plan was failing. "Yeah, I'm sorry. Every time I asked him a question, he seemed to answer it out of context and disregard them."

"He's smarter than that. Gosh, I wish I thought this through. Uh, I'll call you tomorrow to see if anything has changed."

She hung up the phone and ran her hands through her hair. Frustration took over her body and she genuinely felt sick.

"Papa!" She heard a soft voice yell out. She figured she was just hearing voices until she saw a tiny figure walk beside her, unaware of her existence. "Papa?" Jin pouted looking for his dad, and that's when she made eye contact with Jin.

Her eyes dropped in shock. "Hello!" Jin waved and smiled at her. "Jaehyun?" She questioned, her eyes teary. Seokjin looked so much like her son, Lim Jaehyun. He was taken away from her when he was 8. She hasn't seen him since. "Pardon?"

"Is it you?" She asked almost crying, Jin looked around the room to make sure there wasn't anyone else. "N-no, my name is Jeon Seokjin."

"Jaehyun-" She whispered before falling limp on the floor. "Ma'am? Are you okay?" He asked panicking a bit. He rushed to look for his dad and told him what happened. "Did you see anything else?"

"No, she kept calling me Jaehyun after I told her my name. I think she's hallucinating."

"Okay, I will get this settled and you go play upstairs okay?" Jungkook reassured and kissed his forehead.

"Okay."

Jungkook patiently waited for her to wake up. He sat on the sofa on the side of the bed with his legs crossed.

Sung-Hyeon woke up rubbing her head and looking around. She suddenly remembered what had happened before fainting. "Nice stunt you pulled, hm?" Jungkook spoke shocking her, she instantly turned her head toward his direction. She bowed and apologized. "I'm sorry, I hadn't eaten much and felt ill."

"Cut the crap, I already know what happened. My son told me, and I viewed the security cameras. Are you out of your mind?"

"I'm sorry.." She murmured. "Right. Anyway, I don't want to hear you call my son that name again, clearly, you've lost it. His name is Seokjin, not whatever name you called him. You scared him, like a lot."

"I'm sorry it's just your son looks exactly-" She tried speaking but Jungkook cut her off. "Are you disobeying me? Not another word about this bullshit story you've made up. I know you and Namjoon's plan, I'm not stupid. Everywhere you go, I have cameras.

Be aware of that. if  I catch you talking to Namjoon again, I won't hesitate to kill you with my bare hands."

He got up from the sofa and straightened up his attire.

"I thought it was a part of the job you offered sir." She gulped. "Exactly, the job I offered. You get paid to do what I say, you mess up one time, kiss your whole life goodbye." He stepped closer to her and bent down so they were face to face. "I will make it a living hell." He whispered in her ear and smirked. He left the room leaving her struck.

After the whole commotion Sung- Hyeon went home. She was stressing all and about. She is certain that Seokjin was her son Lim Jaehyun. She sighed in frustration and called her mom. "Eomma? I have something to say, before you hang up, just hear me out okay?" She explained.

"Sung-Hyeon, I'm not here for your games, just say it." She expressed, "I found Jaehyun. He's alive Eomma." She cried, "My baby is alive and I'm getting him back, nothing is going to get in my way."

"Hyeonnie, think about this. You can go to jail, what if this isn't Jae-Hyun? What if it's an innocent kid who resembles him? What if you're wrong about this Hyeonnie?"

"I'm not wrong, but I have to be quiet about this. He threatened to kill me if I go on with this, so I have to call you later, he might be listening." She hung up and sighed, running her hands through her hair and pacing back and forward. "I'm sorry Namjoon, but this must be done."
