I have attended this school more times then I could count.

I have memorized every single small thing in the halls and classrooms. To the gym under the decks, to the small graffiti in the bathrooms, to subtle changes to every room.

I have been in this school countless times, it's a chore at this point, and so far this is the only school year that things have drastically changed.

Before, I used to never hang around any of the past Ninjas at school, let alone hang out with their citizen friends.

We often would pretend we didn't know each other and at times students would go out of their way to show that they find me annoying.

The past Ninjas never really cared for my existence and only saw me as a manual, an annoying mentor that they didn't want to be around unless they had to.

Now things have changed to the point that it feels unfamiliar.

I always had things under control because everything was predictable.

Yet when Randy comes into the equation, now I have no idea what could possibly happen.

With being around him I have learned way more things about this school that I hadn't even noticed.

The fact that a freshman was able to reveal new things to someone that is immortal is just strange to me.

I never really hated or loved this school.

It was more of just a place I had to be around to help the Ninja.

Now I feel uncertain if this feeling for the school is hate or affection.

But I do know one thing.

The fact that now I have been feeling so many different emotions at the same time is even more strange to me. I don't recall ever laughing, smiling, and being happy.

All this emotions I haven't felt in years.

Yet another thing shocks me.

Somehow over all the years I've attended, I have never had such a passionate hatred toward a student, especially one that is supposed to a Ninja's friend.

Cody, the strange student that had appeared out of no where and had been acting quite strangely toward Randy.

With him touching Randy constantly by either getting really close to him or rubbing his hair with his hand.

The school day was almost coming to an end with it being the last period of the day and my frustration toward Cody had risen especially during Science class where he constantly kept texting Randy.

Now here I am, seating next to Randy as he chuckled under his breath while reading some of the texts Cody had sent him.

I gripped my pencil as I knew this guy was planning something.

I am not sure what this guy is after but all I could think was that this guy was a complete pain to deal with.

What was this guy even texting Randy anyway?

It can't be that humerus.

"Alright class! Now that we have taken a moment to examine the up close pictures of plants, it's time to actually get to create our own pictures!" The teacher said with a smile as she dragged along her skeleton husband along with her.

"Please make your way to the lab stations behind you and pick a partner!" The teacher said as she puppeteer her skeleton husband to speak.

Randy and I chose one another as partners for the experiment, of course, and chose a lab station so we could start the assignment.
