"Jaune Arc, Lie Ren, Pyrrha Nikos, Nora Valkyrie, the four of you retrieved the white rook pieces from this day forward you will work together as team JNPR (Juniper) led by Jaune Arc." Ozpin announced.

"L-Led by?" Jaune asked confused.

"Congratulations, young man."

Pyrrha punched Jaune on the arm in a celebratory way only for him to go down from the punch and the crowd would laugh.

"Now, Blake Belladonna, Ruby Rose, Weiss Schnee and Yang Xiao Long. The 4 of you retrieved the white knight pieces, from this day forward you will work together as, Team Ruby, led by, Ruby Rose."

Everyone clapped including Y/N with a small smile in the crowd.

"I'm so proud of you!" Yang said hugging her half-sister.

"Now, last but not least. We have a bit of a special case here. There was a student who we saw and monitored who had incredible potential but didn't find a partner. So, I announce the first ever solo team in Beacon's history. Which is Y/N L/N."

Y/N's eyes visibly widened in surprise.

"What?!"

Ruby wasted no time to tackle hug her friend.

"Oomph!"

"Half-pint?"

"WhywouldyouscaremelikethatIthoughtyouweregoingtoleaveIdidntwantmyonlyfriendhereatbeacontoleavemebymyself!" Ruby said while she was crying and had snot going down her nose.

"Okay! You're snotting on me please stop! Ruby!"

'Looks like things are shaping up to be an interesting year.' Ozpin thought to himself as he watched Y/N pluck the crying Ruby off him.

The next morning in Team RWBY's room Weiss woke up and yawned as to her left was Ruby with a whistle that she blew loudly in the ear of the recently awoken Weiss.

"Gooood morning team RWBY!!"

"What in the world in wrong with you?" Weiss asked.

"Now that you're awake we can officially begin our first order of business!"

"Excuse me?"

"Decorating!" Yang shouted.

"We still have to unpack..." Blake said holding her luggage with one hand only for everything inside to fall out.

"...And clean."

Weiss looked unimpressed. Ruby went over and blew the whistle in Weiss' ear again and she fell over.

"Weiss, Blake, Yang, and their fearless leader Ruby have begun their first mission, banzai!!"

Team RWBY eventually got their room, 'done'...

"Now, we have a few classes together today at 9 we've got a—"

"What?! Did you say nine o' clock?! It's 8:55, you dunce!" Weiss said before taking off down the hall.

"Um... T-T-To class!" Ruby said as the rest of Team RWBY began to run to class.

Team JNPR were peaking outside of their door and watched the entire thing go down.

"We should get to class don't wanna be late!" Jaune shouted as he ran down the hall.

"Wait. What about Y/N, shouldn't we wake him up?" Ren spoke up.
