nini is 16 and a junior. she enjoys theatre and hanging out with her friends. her biggest hobby is running an anonymous tumblr account where she writes and records original songs. her friends know of this account and listen to songs when she shares them, but otherwise let her do her own thing. because she is so quiet and in her own world, she's not very well-liked by a group her friends refer to as "the plastics."
kourtney is 17 and a junior as well. she's nini's best friend who spends her time doing makeup for the school's plays. in her free time, she likes to practice her skills on nini (and carlos when he'll let her). she is always on nini's side and her number one supporter, so you can usually find her being a hype woman.
carlos is 16 and the baby of his friend group. he's all about theatre and breaking out of the mold in school productions. usually behind choreography and oftentimes, costumes, carlos and nini became very close during their first school production together and have been inseparable since. unlike kourtney, he is less likely to fill nini's head with ideas that may lead to her getting hurt and much prefers to tell her the cold, hard truth.
