You finally wake up
You see Stefan and Kai arguing
"She's awake" Stefan says
"You two still haven't learnt" you say
"I want you both to get out right now"

They leave
You call bonnie she comes with some clothes
"How do you feel sis" bonnie asks
"I'm fine"
"The baby?"
"Yes she is fine and healthy luckily she didn't get hurt"
"I'm going to shower and get changed"

You get out of the shower you get dressed
"When will they ever stop fighting" you sign
"When you pick the one you want and love"bonnie says

A few mins later
Stefan knocks on the door
"You can come in"
"I'm sorry Y/N I should of never kissed you"
" I love you but your with Kai and I'm just going to have to move on"
He gives you a kiss on the forehead

Stefan places his hand on your baby bump
"I can feel her heart beat" he says
He kisses your baby bump
"I forgive you Stefan I do can we just be friends?"
"Sure"
You smile at each other
Kai knocks on the door
"I'm gonna go"
"I'll see you around"
Stefan leaves and Kai enters
"I'm sorry y/n"
You just stay silent
"Can you just look at me"
You look and him
"I was just being selfish I was doing what ever made me feel good"

It's been 4 months
Your baby bump is really showing now
You and Kai have been together for nearly a year
We got an apartment near the Salvatore house so we are close to our friends and family we visit them twice a week
Your 23rd birthday is coming up
It is now July and the baby is due august 8th
You and Stefan are bestfriends now
You can tell he hasn't moved on quite yet
But it takes time
Lexi comes every month after travelling the world with her soon to be husband

"Hey babe" Kai opens the door to your guys apartment
"How was work" you say
He kisses you on the head and sits on the couch
"It was alright"

Your phone rings*
You wake up and answer it
It's Damon
Why is he ringing me it's 2:30am
"we need you to do a locator spell" Damon asks
"Why"
"I'll explain when you get here"
"Okay"
You end the call
"Kai" you whisper

"We need to get up and drive to the Salvatore house"
"Can't you just go in an Uber" he whines
"First of all I'm pregnant, second of all I don't want to get kidnapped"
"Okay fine I'll drive you there"

You knock on the door

"Not trying to be rude but my girlfriend is pregnant and tired couldn't you tell Bonnie to do it"

"It's okay kai I'm Elena friend I want to help"
You do the locator spell
"Can I come" you say
"Your pregnant" Stefan says
"I don't want you or the baby to get hurt" he says
"I'll go you stay here Y/N with Caroline" Kai says
"Be safe I don't want my child to grow up without a father" you kiss Kai and then they all leave

"So how's the baby"
"Why do you care you didn't care when you slept with my ex boyfriend so why are you going to care now"
"Look Y/N im sorry I've tried everything to get you to forgive me you forgive Stefan but not me I've know you since I was a kid"

"I'll only forgive you if you make me a drink" you say laughing
She laughs and gets up to make you some water
You talk for a while
Then here the door open
