A message to all. There is a condition called repetitive strain injury. This happens when you strain your fingers, thumbs, wrists, ankles, just about anywhere you can move things. The most common one in teenagers and young people is in the thumbs, because we use those to type. DO NOT DO THIS. Your thumbs were made to grip things, not go all over the place (like when you type on your phone). The first times it goes away, but it gets increasingly inflamed in the tendons until you need surgery to fix it. So please, start using your fingers to type. I just got RSI in my wrist and I can tell you now, it hurts like a bitch. And I have school tomorrow and at the moment, I can't bend my wrist.

Help!
