Finally!

The last thing I remember was letting go of my last passenger before the world going black and then the ground rushing up to my face.

I woke up to a nose in my face.

Yes, a nose.

And I had to scream.

My life is amazing.

My scream in turn startled the nose person, who I discovered was Mitch, who yelled out in startledness, startling the rest of the group. They all turned to glare at me playfully before Adam piped up, "Jason, I'm STARTLED!" That led to the entire group chuckling. After that randomness was over, I took in my surroundings. We were standing, or in my case, sitting, in a clearing on the forest.  At first I was confused about why we were there when I remembered that we had set out to find remains of mine and Furia's old home. In the distance, I heard a twig snap. I thought nothing of it, as it was probably just a fox or some other animal. That's what I thought, at least...
