*One month before he died*

He watched as his boyfriend and best friend leave, both holding hands happily.

He felt so betrayed before all that him and his boyfriend Sam had decided to confess to his best friend Andrew. Andrew was supposed to say yes to the both of them and the would all be happy together but Andrew said that he would only date Sam and by that making Sam break up with him then and there.

He was left there all alone in the park with no one to confront him,heck he didn't even have any parents he only had his grandmother to depend on.

That day he walked home tears rolling down his cheeks.He felt like a part of him was gone.

When he reached at home he ran to his room. He still couldn't believe his boyfriend just left him like that without any second thoughts. Was this how a heart break felt like. He did feel like his heart was broken to a million pieces.

He took off his clothes and went to the bathroom, showers always cooled him down but this time I guess he was to heart broken to feel calm.

Promise me that you will never leave me alone

He remembered Sam's words the first time they confessed to each other. Sam made him make a promise to never leave his side.But he never knew that Sam would be the one to break the promise.

Suddenly the anger that he had been holding back burst out and he punched the wall. A loud crack could be hard and he yelped in pain he deserved that, he deserved that for being so stupid thinking that every story had happy endings thinking he would ever be happy.

As he felt the pain not only physically but emotionally.

Sam had always been there for him. He protected him from bullies and made him smile everytime he felt sad

"Turn that frown upside down"

He heard footsteps coming to his room. Suddenly his grandmother barged in the bathroom"I heard bones crack are you...OMG!"She yelled as she saw Gabriel lying there the water running and him on the floor hopelessly crying as his right arm was broken from punching the wall

"What happened" his grandmother asked out of worry as she turned off the water and covered Gabby with a towel.

After cleaning up his grandmother plastered his arm then embraced him into a hug later on "what's wrong hunny you know you can tell me anything" she asked out of worry.

Gabriel suddenly broke out in tears. As his grandmother patted his back trying to calm him down he remembered all the times he shared with Sam two years together.

He explained to his grandmother everything that had happened even though his grandma tried to calm him down by threatening that she would kill Sam and Andrew but that didn't make him feel better.

He felt like he couldn't handle his emotions he didn't feel like who he was before. He felt broken

" I feel like my heart is broken I feel like I'm not myself anymore"he explained

" You know dear... Hearts never break they bruise and bruises heal"
