"Sakura!"

From amongst the destruction that she had caused, Sakura lifted her head to notice the three Ink birds and a Crystal dragon descend to the ground next to her, and on their backs, sat Sai and Ino, then Kakashi, and Naruto and Hinata with Tsukiko on her own ride.

"Kakashi Sensei... Tsukiko..." Sakura said as she looked at them. Tsukiko immediately walked over to her in order to heal her to the best of her ability and as quickly. "Everyone..."

"Sorry we're so late," Kakashi replied.

"You manage okay, Sakura-Chan?" Naruto asked.

"Yeah, somehow I'm alright," Sakura said.

"Nice work taking him down alone," Kakashi commented, looking at the knocked-out Kido.

"I'm feeling so light-headed already though," Sakura said as she smiled wryly. The truth was her Chakra was just about depleted to absolute zero, Tsukiko could see. "So, what's up with Magire?"

"With Tsukiko's help, Ino and I, somehow dealt with him," Sai replied.

"He was rendered immobile thanks to Tsukiko's makeshift anaesthetic," Ino replied. "However just to be safe Tsukiko's Wood Clone is keeping an eye on him right now, keeping him restrained,"

At that moment, the supposedly unconscious Kido let out a faint groan, "Kakashi, that you...?"

"Don't do anything stupid," Kakashi informed the other man, coolly. "If I see you moving even an inch, I'll cut you down," They could hear Kido clicking his tongue softly.

"So, this guy was trying to make some kind of weird drug, yeah?" Naruto asked as he looked toward his two female teammates, Tsukiko and Sakura.

"He was," Tsukiko answered for Sakura, seeing as she was tired. "Using your hair and Sasuke's,"

"Creepy!" Naruto replied as he stuck his tongue out.

"A Tailed Beast drug and a Sharingan drug, hmm?" Kakashi asked. "It's definitely creepy, but if something like that got out into the world, it'd be more than a little hassle. And if the bad guys could just power up so easily, controlling them'd be serious work too," He shrugged.

"But we stopped the Sharingan drug at least," Ino said.

"And the Tailed Beast drug too," Sai added.

"If we search their hideouts, we should be able to seize all of that too," Tsukiko pitched in.

"I suppose so," Kakashi replied. "All that's left now is to hand them over to the interrogation –" He abruptly cut himself off and narrowed his eyes sharply.

"Sensei?" asked a puzzled Sakura on behalf of them all.

"I'm getting a Mind Transmission voice from the Barrier Team," Kakashi said, before putting a hand to his forehead and conversing with the Mind Transmission sender. "Got it,"

Once he was done the conversation, Kakashi turned to the teenagers, "Several people wearing ANBU masks apparently slipped out of the village,"

"The ANBU?" Tsukiko inquired. "Ugh, you know our work will cut out for us when we get back, Sensei, since you were out of the village when it happened,"

Kakashi nodded and turned his eyes on Kido, "Your subordinates?"

"In all my safe houses, I've placed receivers linked with my Chakra and life signs," Kido said as he smiled thinly. "It's set up so that an emergency alarm sounds if my Chakra decreases significantly. The standing instruction for my subordinates is to leave the village immediately when it goes off. With the drugs," Kakashi clicked his tongue.
