Third Person POV:

Y/n stomped into the hotel, their boots echoing across the room. They peered over the edge of their sunglasses at the foyer before tapping their fingernail on the bar. "Hey, who's in charge here?" Y/n asked the bartender, who rolled his eyes and nodded towards a door down the hall.

"Princess ain't seeing anyone today," the cat demon called after them. Y/n winked at him before turning the knob and flinging the office door open.

Charlie sat at her desk, going through several documents and files, muttering under her breath. When she heard Y/n enter, she looked up from the papers, a smile on her lips.

"Hello there! Can I~oh. Hi Y/n." she sighed, recognition flashing across her face. Y/n chuckled and sat on the edge of Charlie's desk, causing the princess to scramble for the assorted folders that went flying. "So, Chucky, really admire what you're doing here, it's really a nice effort," Y/n began, kicking their feet.

"Thank you?" Charlie stuttered, and Y/n held their finger to her lips. "Hush now, I wasn't done talking. I came here today because I have some concerns."

"Now, as you know, I make quite a good run by selling all the weaponry those fucked up little citizens desire, and if suddenly," Y/n slid their sunglasses further up their head, revealing the orbs of fire where their eyes should be. "~all my lovely violent bastards aren't buying guns anymore, and I don't get paid..."

They leaned in close to Charlie, so that their noses were almost brushing. "You remember what happens when I don't get my way." Y/n whispered, smirking.

Charlie gulped, and hastily leaned back. "Y/n, you can't just~" She trailed off when Y/n cupped the side of her face in their hand, their thumb rubbing circles against her cheek. "Can't I?" Y/n sighed, bringing Charlie closer.

"I missed you, you know," Y/n said, their other hand sliding around her waist. Charlie closed her eyes and leaned into their touch, despite all reason telling her not to.

"Even though you almost shot my father?" she murmured, inhaling sharply when Y/n's nails dug slightly into her hips at the mention of Lucifer. "I apparently wasn't good enough for his daughter," Y/n scoffed. "He was way less rude when he had a rifle to his forehead."

Charlie laughed softly, before tilting her face up towards Y/n's as their lips met each other's. She sighed against their mouth as Y/n fidgeted with the bottom button of her shirt.

"I'm supposed to be working today," Charlie chided as Y/n pulled her up onto the desk. "That just makes this all the more fun~" they said against her throat.

Running her fingers through the overlord's hair, Charlie recalled the first time she had met the stubbornly attractive demon. Y/n was at a meeting with Lucifer over some sort of territory agreement when Y/n had stomped outside to 'cool off', as the king of hell put it, due to their fiery eyes nearly burning out of their skull.

Charlie stepped out onto to the balcony, where Y/n was leaning against the railing, muttering under their breath. "H-Hi there," she said, drawing Y/n's attention to her.

"Hey, blondie," Y/n grinned, pulling out a cigarette and placing it between their teeth.

"Got a light?"

Y/n bit down on Charlie's neck, bringing her back to the present. She shivered as Y/n's fingers made their way up the back of her shirt, their claws cold against her skin.

"I want you to stay," Charlie said quietly. Y/n paused leaving hickeys across her throat to look up at her. "Stay with you as in spend the night? I've got no issue with that," they smirked.

Charlie blushed redder than her jacket. "No, not like that. I mean, yes at some point, that would be great, but I want you to stay here. At the hotel. With me."

Y/n went quiet. "I can't do that, blondie." they sighed. "You know I want to. But your dad, and my reputation.."

Charlie pushed away from them and stood angrily. "You're just scared that people wouldn't fear you anymore!" she scoffed, hands on her hips. Y/n slid off the desk, scowling.

"I don't get afraid." they sneered. Charlie shrugged mockingly. "Really? Cause it sure seems like it."

The fires in Y/n's eyes blazed, and she shoved Charlie up against the wall, a vise-like grip on her shoulders. "I. Don't. Get. Scared."

They tightened their hold and Charlie's eyes widened. Y/n smiled devilishly.

"But you should be."
