Talk about yourself in a bad way or mention self-deprecating things in front of her. She'll get all huffy and frustrated if you keep doing it.

If you touch his ears and tail in public, he will either drag you home, lecturing you the whole time, or promptly vanish and refuse to reappear for hours.

Angel:

Bring up anything that has to do with the mafia or talk in a fake italian accent. He'll either angrily fuck you to shut you up or refuse to speak with you.

Husk:

Touch his liquor and you are dead. 

Vaggie:

Mess with her stuff, like putting her weapons in different places than where she put them originally is one way. She can get mad at a lot of stuff; it's not that hard of a job.
