In the bus, on the way to Nabuka. A man is listening to the recording of his investigation.
Commander (Recording): Colonel, I issue you an investigation that will be classified. Local authorities are having their cases of multiple missing persons, including children dying mysteriously. These cases have gone cold and became terra incognito. We need you in Nabuka and find out what is happening to the city. We have assigned you, and the Brigade General to do this. We will be also sending out our assets in the field. If you encounter any strange and might be related, please report it to us. The intelligence team will be looking into it.

Nabuka Bus Station
The man arrives in the city of Nabuka.
Arriving outside the bus, his face is shown.
He is Daniel Dinglasan. An MP officer of the CCSS.
Daniel: Now then, to make a documentation report.
2 hours later after report
Kubegahama Residential Area
Taking a stroll to know the area, Daniel notices someone leaping from building to building.
Daniel: Hm?
He brings out the high-speed maneuverable drone and turns it on.
The person he is after has landed in the terrace of a house. She is revealed to be a magical girl, as Daniel manages to take a photo of her.
Daniel: A magical girl? Who is she? I gotta archive this..
She transformed back to her human form. Daniel also took a photo of her identity as well.
The drone flies away quickly unnoticed and got back to him.
Daniel got the photos and video file from the drone.
*cellphone ringing*
Daniel: Hello?
Caller (Phone): Help! Everyone's getting killed! If there's anyone please save us--
*signal cut*
