He is met by Daniel for the first time in Chapter 1. Daniel proceeds to cooperate with him to follow and find leads about the people who were found mysteriously dead after missing for weeks. At Chapter 10, he is seen with a few officers assessing the scene of crime after greeting Koyuki, Kano, and Daniel. He is never seen again for a while. Once the situation at the chemical workshop plant was contained and resolved, he was transferred to another Organized Crime Division in Tokyo Police Department for another case.
