Daniel is in the large caverns that will lead him straight to the secret laboratory.

More of the infected stand in his way, as he took them down.

He arrives at the gateway control area. Operating the control panel, the generator spark arcs of electricity and powers up, unlocking a pathway.

*electrical hum*

System A.I.: Pathway unlocked. Proceed.

Daniel now arrives at the secret laboratory of the chemical workshop plant.

Inside, there are life support chambers containing the infected creatures that were created.

Daniel: These things... They're all living bio-weapons.

The creatures break out of the chamber and attack him. Daniel managed to shoot them down, despite getting grazed.

He arrives at the central core of the lab.

There is a red folder on the chief researcher's desk, with a stamp saying "Top Secret".

He opens it and finds a compact disc.

Checking its files on a computer, they are displayed.

"Project Zeta is a private military project focused on developing biological organic weapons, in the terms of application on biological warfare in military program. The first successful bio-weapon is the Z4, named Zerotonin-4. Used in the enhancement and creation of the programmable supersoldier, adaptive to be in urban battlefields. This however, led to a spontaneous reanimation, turning this subject to a living dead."

"At the unexpected turns like this, a vaccine as a last resort to stop the rampant Z4 was created, labeling as a miracle medicine. This is called Zerotonin-2, also known as the Z2 virus. It's purpose was to be a specialized recombinant medicine, tested on a liver disease patient, which shortened the requirements of the treatment and further strengthening the immune system's response, curing it within 3 to 4 days."

"With Zerotonin-2 an instantaneous success, a consumable capsule version of the Z2 called Zerotonin-8-Beta or Z8B was produced in very large numbers, but it could not be released in the public due to the incident that happened in one of the botanical garden laboratories in Shinjuku, Tokyo, where a contamination accident occurred. It is revealed that the Z2 and Z8B, along with its production ingredients have been locked away from the public eye, due to the accident criticized by critics saying that their medicine was a fraud from their experiments. It is still unknown, whether the Z2 and Z8B will be released some other time, or it will be disposed, at the cost of breaking hopes of stopping the rampant Z4, since the critics are in more favor of the Zerotonin-4."

"Later, one of the critics, Masaharu Hiroda, volunteered to test the Zerotonin-4. The symptoms remained unnoticed until later 4pm of April 10, 2015, he had died in his home from blood toxicity was declared dead on arrival. But suddenly, he came back to life. The autopsy reports shows that his heart is not beating, despite he is unknowingly alive. Hospital staff could not explain why this had happened, so the government researchers had to bring the seemingly dead but alive body of Masaharu Hiroda. They reported that he was acting aggressive, and found that the vital organs in his body are not functioning properly with his blood intoxicated, declaring him an infected individual."

"With the critics planning to publicize and purchase Z4 for their private military application, the government declares that Z4 is a rogue experiment gone wrong and must be put into a halt, but critics and representatives deny to believe this, and continues to be in favor of the Zerotonin-4."

Daniel: So that's what it was. Those critics plan to monopolize and sell Z4 to the highest bidder, they plan to test and create outbreaks whenever they want to. They have got to see this.
