A man who works for the mysterious organization named "TETRACORP". He cares and greatly admires his own work.
When he discovered that "magical girls" are helping people, he needed a suitable candidate for his prototype that he plans to give to the corporation's biological organic weapons research. So he kidnapped Yuki Nana, injected her with a superhuman sample to turn her into a mage, a prototype named "Orochi Alpha". This ultimately succeeded, however, it backfired against him after she woke up and became self-aware and aggressive.
⚠️ Spoiler Alert!
In Final Chapter Part 4, Inaba is critically injured after Yuki Nana, the Orochi Alpha Prototype hurled a fireball against him, that she should not be given any "commands". Inaba, shocked and distraught, asks the prototype why it did not follow his commands before finally dying from the wound.
