KK heard knock on his door & he allowed the person to enter & found ward boy with file in his hand, his expression changed seeing that boy and he felt scared knowing who's file it is

Ward boy : sir woh Preeta mam ke reports aa gye hai 

KK : yeah.....thank you ( taking the file)

Ward boy went & KK stood there holding file in his hand with millions of emotions, he took the water jug poured water in glass & drank to clam himself down

KK : ohhh godddd, why this is so difficult to me, I am doctor & I can cured my best friend ....(chucled ) of course I can ......but (held his hairs frustradely) shittttt...I am damn scared ...she is my best friend .....everybody has lot of expectation from me & what if....no no no...I dont even want to think next .....maine pehle jab uske reports dekhe, they were not so good ....actually that was worst, but kitne din apne aap ko aur sabko tassali deta rahunga mai bhi?....common KK open that file & face the situation 

KK took his receiver of his intercom telephone calling Priyank in his cabin, Priyank arrives in his cabin within less than 2 minutes after knowing Preeta's reports arrival

Priyank : kya hai reports mai ?

KK : maine bhi nahi dekhe abhi tak, tum sath raho isliye bulaya.....(sighs) actually I am damn scared 

Listening this fear of Priyank gets more which was there since morning 

Priyank : kho....kol na ....jo hoga dekha jayega

KK nods & open file to form tears in his eyes which were flowing from his eyes reading file

Priyank understood & chooses to not ask since he know he himself can't handle the truth

KK looked at him nodding in NO, & tears formed in Priyank's eyes too

Priyank : kaise aage badhna hai ab ?

KK : Australia.....as soon as possible 

Priyank : but ....we need to inform Aarav first then, woh fir idhar ke kam sambhal lega, hum Pari ko leke nikal sakte hai 

KK : yeah ....Priyank please meri bat sunle puri, tu uska bhai hai aur sath sath doctor bhi toh 

Priyank cuts him : listen Karan, I know reports are not good & I have predicted to this, jaise uske pehle wale reports the usise pata chl gaya tha, aur mere mai himmat nahi hai aur kuch bura janne ki, Kitna saha hai meri Pari ne hamesha (sobs while crying) itni toh achhi hai fir kyu uske sath yeh sab?....pata hai ab aisa lag raha hai ki ....usko apne se 5 sal dur rakhna bhi ek gunha ho gaya hai, mai use aisi halat mai kabhi padne hi nahi deta 

KK moves to him consoling him, he also had tears in his eyes: Priyank ...please sunle mai akele nahi rakh sakta yeh apne dil mai aur kisi ko bata bhi nahi sakta kyuki aur koi yeh bat sunne ke liye itna strong nahi hai 

Priyank looked at him confused : isme kya hai KAran, its just uski reports kharab hai aur treatment hard hogi uski 

KK sighs : uski reports achhi nahi hai uske piche reason hai 

Priyank : what ?

KK : according to it, Pari ko blood cancer ke sath sath brain mai clot hai, isliye Pari ki situation itni jaldi kharab ho gayi hai, because as per my experience, Ek mahine mai kisi cancer patient ki halat itni kharab hona woh bhi cancer ki first stage pai.....its weird
