Emma's POV

I make my way down the basement steps to say goodbye to my brother before I leave for a week. Walking into the dark basement, then seeing a glass box with my brother inside. "Hyunsik, I brought you breakfast."

I place the bag in the miniature box attached to the glass wall and my brother grabs it, quickly drinking it. "Emma, please! Just don't go! I don't want you to get hurt or even worse, killed!" He yell's with tears streaming down his face.

"Im going Hyunsik. Heeseung was right, I should go and visit my home town. Jake told me that mom and dad's graves are there and I want to go visit them. Im sorry Hyunsik."

My brother pounds on the glass with his fists. "Why don't you fucking listen to me! There looking for you for fucks sakes! What happens if they find you and I'm not there to protect you?! Absolutely fucking nothing! I wont be able to do shit for you! Why are you so fucking dumb! Im trying to help your ignorant ass!"

I glare at my brother wanting to punt his ass, but all of a sudden he drops to the floor holding his head screaming. I quickly go up to the glass trying to make sure he was okay. My brother let's go of his head and looks up at me.

"Emma? Was that you?" He asks and I got confused. "Huh?"

"Do it again Emma. I wan't you to thing of harming me." He says and I grow even more confused. "What? How could I ever do that? Why would I want to?" I ask. "Just... Go and get the guys. Bring them down here." I do as my brother says, still confused, and we all gather around the glass box.

"What Hyunsik?" Jay asks, still not sounding to happy because of my brothers behavior. "I think we finally figured out what Emma can do. Me and Emma were having a little argument and she got a bit pissed and glared at me, but her eyes weren't the regular shade of red. They were darker and somewhat glowing. Then all of a sudden my head felt like it was being smashed into something multiple times, but it stopped as soon as Emma made her way towards me."

Enhypen's mouths drop slightly open and Sunoo runs up to me, gripping on my shoulders. "Emma I need you to focus on someone in this room. I want you to focus on trying to harm us." Sunoo says then steps back, letting go of my shoulders. "But why? How-"

"Just do it Emma. Just focus on pain." Sunghoon says. I look around the room and my eyes land on Niki. "If this shit works. Niki, this is pay back for scaring the shit out of me yesterday."

Niki laughs and nods at me. "Fair enough." He says and I take a deep breath. I look Niki in the eyes, trying to focus. Pain. On cue, Niki drops to the cold ground and clutches on to his stomach, screaming. I ran up to him, apologizing. "Im so sorry Niki! Are you okay?"

The boy nods and stands up. "Now that I know you can do that, I feel less stressed about you going on that dumb trip." Hyunsik says. Heeseung pulls out a key and unlocks the door to the glass box. My brother steps out of the box and hugs me. "Just... Please be careful, okay?" He whispers while still hugging me. "Yeah, I will." We let go of each other and we all head up to the kitchen.
"So you guys all packed?" Jake asks and me and the maknaes nod. "Good."

"Ok which one of you assholes ate the rest of my chicken. Everyone knew that was mine and I wont hesitate to kick ur ass."  Sunghoon says after slamming the fridge door shut. Everyone says no besides one of the members.

"It didn't have your name on it so I ate it." Jay says. "I legit told you that was mine, besides I was the one that hunted for it!" Sunghoon growls. Jay just shrugs and Sunghoon growls, then swiftly grabbing a fork and launching it toward Jay but all of a sudden it stopped in mid air. Right in front of Jay's eye.

"What. The. Fuck." Jungwon says and Niki gasps and points at me. I look towards Jays direction again but see a slight clear, glowing, path connecting from me to Jay. I get startled and I step back, making the shield disappear.

"How is that even fucking possible?" Hyunsik asks, completely confused. "Emma, was there another person there the night you were attacked?" Jungwon asks. "No, I'm pretty sure there wasn't, but then again I didn't get much time to look either, why?"

"Your somehow able to cause pain and pretty much protect someone. You should only be able to do one." Jungwon says. "Then how is it happening?" Hyunsik asks. "Someone else was their that night. It's very rare but when more then one person bites a human while they are changing, can possibly gain more then one power." Jungwon responds.

"So now we have to worry about someone else, just great." Hyunsik says sarcastically. "Maybe, maybe not. They could have known who bit her just to piss off the person that bit her in the first place. People that bite a human can smell the scent of another vampire that bitten a human." Sunoo says.

"Alright, we will talk about this later, maknaes grab you shit and lets go." Heeseung grabs his car key and heads out of the house and we fallow behind.
