I got this from Tumbler off the account farfromharry and it's really good

You had spent the past month cursing the day Scott McCall was born. Him and his big mouth were the reason you were dealing with Stiles Stilinski trailing behind you at all times trying to get you to admit the very thing you refused to say out loud even to yourself. The three of you had been best friends for as long as you could remember, however you'd always felt a little something for Stiles that was different to what you felt for Scott. And up until now, you'd managed to keep it from Stiles.

Scott only knew from one unfortunate event when you attended one of Lydia's birthday parties and got a little too drunk to have control over your words. You were just spilling every thought you'd ever had apparently and in doing so you managed to tell him about the crush you had on your other friend close to nine years ago. Even drunk you remembered Scott making the promise he wouldn't utter a word of the conversation to anyone.

But then a month later you found Stiles on your doorstep with what he called 'interesting news', only to find out the McCall boy had indeed ratted you and your feelings out. Which of course prompted all the discussions Stiles was hounding you with.

"Oh come on, Y/N," he prodded, resting his chin on his hand as he watched you from across the table in the library. He had that same dumb smirk on his face that drove you insane. You desperately wanted to wipe it off. "Just admit you're in love with me." His words prompted a rage in your chest, your eyes rolling as you wanted nothing more than to yell at him. He'd been bringing this up for weeks, ever since Scott's idiotically spilled that you used to have a crush on Stiles when you were a kid.

You tried to tell the brunette those feelings were long gone, it was just a combination of his kindness and all the time you spent together the summer his mother died. It prompted feelings in your nine year old self that you were positive was just puppy love, but he ran with it. He wasn't letting it go if he meant he had something over you. "You wish, Stiles."

He chuckled, nodding almost animatedly as he took your pencil from your grip. You tried to protest but he shook his head, keeping it by his side so you couldn't get it without causing a scene and risking getting yourself kicked out of the library for the noise,

"I do wish, and I think you're lying to me." You huffed, slouching in your seat as you accepted the fact there wasn't a chance in hell you were getting any work done. You closed your books and began to pack up your stuff into your bag, feeling his intense stare on you the entire time you were doing so. He was determined to get this answer out of you, though he didn't know what he'd do with the information afterwards.

You sighed, swallowing your nerves as you looked up at the boy. "You want me to be honest, Stiles?" you asked. He nodded firmly. "Okay. I'm in love with you, happy?"

He hadn't actually expected you to come out and say that. He believed you when you'd said it was a tiny crush when you were kids and nothing more, he just liked teasing you. But now, he was shocked. "I–"

You shook your head, pushing yourself up and out of your seat, slinging your bag over your shoulder as you prepared to make your exit. "No. You got what you wanted, now I'm leaving." Not another word was said from you as you headed out of the doors, leaving the brunette boy to sit there and think over everything you just said. What did he do now?
