-Dr.Monroe's office
Cathryn: Okay, Chasity. This room is gonna be your home away from home.
You can tape drawings and pictures to the wall bring in your toys and stuffed animals. And all the stuff that's already in here is "basically" yours
Ty: Cool!
Cathryn: I got you the best room on this floor. It's has the best view from upstairs. And you have this room all to yourself.
Ty: Cooooool! Thanks Cat
Cathryn: No problem. Alright are you ready for your first test.
Ty: yeah.
Cathryn: alright, I'm gonna leave the room so get everything ready in the mean time you can remove all your clothing and put on this apron.
Ty: my booty gon be out?! 😱
Me: 😂😂 it's okay Ty, I'll make sure nobody takes a peek at your lil cakes.
?: not even me, I promise.
Ty: ROC! You made it?!!
Chresanto: of course, Chasity
Me: you asked Roc to come?
Ty; yeah
Me: why?
Ty: Well I know you're really worried about me and I know he can make you feel a little better. And you know... He is my big brother. I didn't know he would really come.
Chresanto: one day from school ain't gon hurt nobody 😄

Moments later
Cathryn: awwright Ms.Casity.
Ty: my names not Casity. It's Chasity.
Cathryn: *flips through papers* ahh, I see you're Ms. Charity
Ty: Noooo😂. I'm Chasity.
C-H-A-S-I-T-Y. Chasity
Cathryn: just messing with you Chasity
😄. Now that I'm done with the regular physical exam. Well start on your blood test.
Ty: not again 😩
Cathryn: I'm sorry Hun. I have to.
Ty: okay. Roc hold my hand
Roc: Why?
Ty: so I can squeeze it while I get my shot.
Roc: ohh, right. *grabs Ty hands*

I stood and observed Cathryn get 4 different blood tubes prepared for Ty. I looked over and saw Chresanto kneeling down to Ty's height and stroke her small hand. He looked her in the eyes and smiled. She smiled back brightly. I know that someday he'll be a good father to his children but his baby momma got work to do though😂.

Cathryn: Alright Chasity. Take deep breath.
Ty: *breathes in dramatically*
Cathryn: and...

As Cathryn slowly stuck the needle into Ty's vein alittle part of my heart died. She released her breath sharply and a tear streamed down her eyes. And she squeezed Chresanto's hand. She looked at Cathryn with rage. I wanted to cry. This is only the first step to the rest of Ty's life. For the rest of her life she'll have to run blood and get chemo 😓😔

Chresanto: OWWWIE!
Ty: Roc😂. You're not even the one getting the shot.
Roc: how'd you get so strong? Oh my goodness.
Ty: I'm sorry. Did I squeeze too tight?
Roc: I think you broke my hand. You little Incredible Hulk.
Ty: Roooc 😂😂
Roc: hey, I'm the one with the broken hand. Nurse- help me. nurse!
Ty: 😂😂😂
Cathryn: All done
Ty: you did all 4 already?!
Cathryn: yup
Roc: 😉 *@ me*

Aww he did that to distract her. How sweet.

Cathryn: Yn, may I speak to you for a moment?
Me: sure.

We walked to the other side of the room, away from Roc and Ty. I really hope she Ty's okay.

Cathryn: you okay?
Me: yeah I'm fine😌
Cathryn: alright good. But, I have to run a biopsy on Chasity.
Me: what?! Why?
Cathryn: I need to look for the cause of her cancer, figure out its its an infection or tumor, and create the best possible treatment. Your Aunt signed the consent forms but she emphasized that I ask you first.
Me: she really did that?😌
Cathryn: yes.
Me: how long will the biopsy be?
Cathryn: the entire procedure will run for about 3 hours.
Me: Jesus 😔
Cathryn: I know it's hard but I'll take very special care of her.
Me: thank you.
Cathryn: no problem.

I walked back over to Roc and Ty. I hope it won't hurt her too bad.
