Not really love but more like father n daughter. Just saying, this is a crossover between the PS4 game The Last Of Us. If you don't know wat it is, it basically a zombie apocalypse, and a girl named Ellie is immune to the bites bc se got bit 3weeksago wen the infection starts happening in 2 hours. Joel, main char, helps Ellie get to a QZ and get her to do a surgery for a vaccine.

Chapter begins:

Your POV:

I got off my horse and tied it to the fence. I walked into the small house and went upstairs. I look around, loot things. No sight of infected anywhere. I entered a girl's bedroom and saw a pic on a bedside table. It was a brunette girl with freckles hugging a girl with blonde hair.

*flashback*

"What do we do know??" I ask my best friend Petra. We were escaping the store when we both got bit.

"There's nothing we can do but wait. Let's just wait it out, you know? Tell each other stories, say really lame and cheesy poems. And when one of us turn first, we put the other out." Petra smiles sadly at me. I feel a tear stroll down my cheek.

It has been two hours and Petra has turned. I shot her. I cried. Then I waited. And waited.

Six fucking hours, and I'm still human. This is insane..

*end of flashback*

I sighed and opened the drawer. I found a journal in it and started to read.

Jean's POV:

Marco and I have been looking for (y/n) for a while. Until Marco spotted or of his horses. We got off and went in the house.

"(Y/n)?!" I yelled. no answer. I did it two more times.

"Up here!" I heard her from upstairs. I jogged up there and opened the door. I find her sitting on a window seal reading a journal. "is this really all they had to worry about?" I didn't answer. "boys..movies...deciding which shirt goes with which skirt. It's bizarre."

"Get up, we're going, come on." I motioned for her to follow.

"And if I say no?" I glared at her.

"Do you even realize what your life means? Huh?! You have a gift, don't waste it. And what makes you think it's alright doing something that stupid?!" I yelled.

"We'll I guess we're both disappointed in each other then." she hissed.

"What do you want from me??"

"Admit that you wanted to get rid of me this whole time!"

"Look, Marco knows this place better than me-"

"Oh fuck that!" She cuts me off.

"I don't trust anyone the way I trust Marco!"

"Stop with the bullshit! What are you so afraid of?! That I'm gonna end up like Armin?! I can't get infected, I can take care of myself!" She glares at me.

"And how many close calls have we had?" Too many to count.

"Well we seem to be doing alright so far!" There was a pause. until she spoke up again. "I'm not her you know?"

"What?"

"Annie told me about Mikasa and I-" I cut her off.

"You are treading on some mighty thin ice here." I snapped.

"I'm sorry about your daughter Jean, but I have lost people too." She looks at me sadly.

"You have no idea what loss is." I narrowed my eyes at her.

"Everyone I have ever cared for, has either died, or left me. everybody...." she pushes me. "...Fucking except for you! So don't tell me that I'd be safer with someone else, cause the truth is I'd just be more scared" she backs away from me.

"You're right." I look over at her. "you aren't my daughter, and insure as hell, ain't your dad." her mouth dropped a bit. "and we are going our separate ways." And with that, I left the room.
