Few years ago

"Hey there pretty brown eyes," Lauren sang as she sat next to Camila in english class. "What'chu doin' later tonight? Would you mind if I spend time with you?"

"Well, hello to you too, planet green eyes." Camila chuckled. "Are you just singing that or are you trying to ask me out?"

"It depends whether you'll say yes or no." Lauren winked at me.

"Then yes." Camila smiled at her.

"Well then, I'll pick you up in twenty minutes after school." She kissed the younger girl's cheek then went back to her usual seat when Mr. Payne entered the classroom.

"Alright, go get your own copy of 'To Kill a Mockingbird'"

"Damn, Relationship Goals" Vero whispered in Camila's ear. Vero is one of Lauren's bestfriends and she's sitting behind Camila, which the girl doesn't understand because she should be sitting beside her bestfriend.

"Uh, we're not dating." Camila stated as she looked behind her.

"Yet." She pointed out. "You're not dating yet, but trust me, you two would be the hottest couple in this school."

"Maybe." Camila smiled at her then continued reading my book.

"Mom, I'm gonna hang out with my new best friend later." Camila called out as she tries to pick an outfit to wear on their 'date'. She's not sure if it's a date or a friendly bonding, though.

"Alright," Sinu called out from downstairs. "Just get back before eight."

"Okay." The brunnete sighed.

She's been trying to find an outfit to wear for the past ten minutes. She doesn't know if Lauren is going to wear something formal or casual. They didn't really talk about what they would wear. Camila's thoughts came to a halt when she heard the doorbell ring. She immediately grabbed a random T-shirt and jeans and put it on.

"Camila, Lauren is here!" Sinu yelled. Camila immediately grabbed her purse then went downsairs. She thanked God she didn't wear something formal. Lauren was wearing a black The 1975 shirt, ripped skinny jeans and a black beanie. She raised an eyebrow at Lauren when she saw her laughing at her amusedly.

"What?" Camila asked in annoyance.

"Nice T-shirt quote." Lauren shook her head amusedly. "Whenever I fall, the floor is always there to catch me." She read outloud.

"Can we just go?" Camila rolled her eyes, trying to suppress a smile as she lead Lauren to the door.

"Feisty." Lauren said when they walked out of Camila's house. She opened the passenger door for the younger brunette, motioning for her to go in and take a seat. "I like it."

Camila thought going on a date with Lauren was beyond perfect. First, they went to eat at a restaurant she has never heard of before but they make amazing food. Kind of like God made this chicken by himself and sprinkled perfection and amazingness into the dish–kind of like how he probably created Lauren.

Damn, my gayness is showning. Camila thought.

Anyway, after that, they went to a carnival and Lauren ended up winning a cute bear for Camila, which the girl didn't find as cute as Lauren. After minutes of playing random games, and Lauren serenading Camila at the carnival, they decided it's time for them to go home. As much as Camila wished this date would never end, they are already infront of her house and it's almost eight o'clock.

"I really had fun, Lauren. Thank you." Camila smiled at Lauren affectionately.

"I did too." Lauren smiled back at Camila with the same amount of affection. "Let's do it again."

"Sure." Camila said as she opened the car's door. Before she could go out, Lauren stopped her.

"Hey, aren't you going give me a kiss?" Camila laughed at her and Lauren pouted. Camila thinks Lauren is so damn cute whenever she pouts.

"I can't, because, uh, you know, my parents." Camila tried to explain. Lauren nodded in understanding but she's a bit disappointed. "I might do it tomorrow, though."

Her eyes lit up at what Camila had said. "Is that a promise?"

"Yes. I promise." Camila rolled her eyes but didn't fight to suppress a smile. She got out of Lauren's car then closed it's door. Camila looked at Lauren again when she noticed that the girl was smirking at her.

"What?" Camila asked.

"You're just too cute."

"Whatever." Camila shook her head in amusement. "See ya tomorrow, planet green eyes."

"Until we see each other again, pretty brown eyes." Lauren nodded. "Goodnight, Camz."

"Goodnight, Lolo."
