Once Upon A Time

There I was standing there looking down at my now grown stomach. I could feel him kicking in my stomach.
" mom i understand youre busy being big but i reallyy need to go shopping for this party tonight so can you get a move on.." Kaycee said with an attitude. "youre nnot going anywhere i told you that."
"but mom!, all my friends are going and Josh i going to be there!"
" okay well, i dont feel comfortable with you gong to that particular party, and if you want to continue having an attitude you can polietly go to your room and if you slam that door ima come in there and its not going to be pretty"
"ugh i hate my life"

Kaycee has really been giving me problems lately with her being a teenager and all, but i was the same way so i guess i cant really blame anyone but myself when it comes to this kind of thing.
"Baby you okay?" Ryan said walking in with something held behind his back.
"Kaycee wants to go to a party but i said no , so now she's giving me an attitude."
"hmm sounds like someone I know." he said giggling.
"whatever, what's behind your back" i asked suddenly.
"you'll see that tonight when i take you out, i already got your sister to come pick up kaycee to spend the night over there so we are all set.
"why are you so good to me baby?" i said getting up to kiss him.
"just being yourself and being beautiful." he said kissing me back.

A lot has changed since the last time i was here, Ryan moved in, haven't seen or spoken to Jay since i thought he was the one who poisoned Ryan, which i still believe to be true, Kaycee will be 13 in a month and just as beautiful as i could've ever dreamed, I'm due in two months with my son who will be named Kayden and Ryan is the father. We moved to a huge beach house but its still close to the city , and Ryan is taking great care of us. My Birthday in a day .. yes November 16th.
it was about 12 in the morning so i decided i'd go to bed, my back was hurting and i had an headache.
i woke up the next day and looked to the right of me to suprisingly not see Ryan there, but only a note, it read
" get up sleeping beauty and get ready for the night of your life, take a shower, there's a new outfit waiting for you in the closet, put it on, when you're finished a note will be waiting for you downstairs, Piece Of Cake baby -Ryan"
I smiled and rose out of my bed , i peeped in Kaycee's room but she was already gone, i wen bak in our room and took a shower, and went in the closet to see a beautiful sundress meant for a pregnant mother. I walked downstairs to see my favorite, Waffle House and right beside it was another note and this one read, "Enjoy eating for two babygirl!, hurry and eat and walk outside to the driveway... something will be waiting and inside another note, love you -Ryan"
i sat and ate my waffle house, grabbed my purse and walked out to the driveway, i was surprised to see a limo waiting for me, the driver stepped out and opened the door , as i got in i saw another note and this one read, " you made it this far babe keep going, the driver is taking you to your favorite hair salon then to the nail salon get whatever you want done but dont take too long , we got plans, enjoy yourself my love.
Seeing this note made me so excited just the thought of getting pampered seemed like heaven on earth at this point.
After i got my hair done, makeup done, nails and toes, it was about 8 at night and i was really excited when the driver  pulled up to the beach. As i approached the scene i saw a candle lit dinner set up with beautiful lanterns hung up to provide lighting, as i continued walking there was an aisle with rocks and candles sitting on top of each one, with pink rose petals going down the middle , i took my shoes off to feel the cool sand on my toes. I sat at the table and saw another note, except this one was in an envelope. I opened it to see an ipad mini with a video pulled up and a not inside the envelope, i opened it and it read. "You've finally made it play the video, it'll explain everything. I pulled the earphones out to plug them in then i pressed play. It was a video full of our home videos of our favorite memories together, watching it made me realize how fast time has gone by, at the end of the home videos was a personal message from Ryan and he said." April Johnson.... we have been through so much, and it seems like just yesterday we were working together at foot locker as best friends then i knew i was in love with you and now , i am madly in love with you, i will never do anything to put you or Kaycee in danger, i can't wait until Baby Kayden comes in the world, and i want to be there for ya'll forever and always just like i promised,  you are my world , my everything, you helped me when i was down and picked me up when i fell. I remember we used to meet up at burger king just to talk abouttt our problems , your greedy behind got a numbe 6 and i got a number 4 , I love you and i want to live all eternity with you so baby, turn around," i wiped my tear and took my earphones out, i got up an turned around to see a white horse with him standing beside it.. God do i love horses, i walked up to him with his suit on looking all fresh, he had roses laying beside him, He held his hands out for my to hold his and he said. " I love you and will do anything for you and will stand b your side through the good the ugly and the bad, he reached in his pocket to pull out a small box, he got down on one knee and said these words. "April Lyric Johnson. Will You Marry Me? i looked down at him and bursted into tears, YES BABY! I will marry you.
