New Home New Start

i arrived at the house and saw the man standing in the entrance of the house , i picked Kaycee up out her carseat and walked up to him.

"Hey!" i said smiling and shaking his hand

"Good Afternoon Ms. Johnson" he said smiling and shaking my hand back . "well here you are , your keys ,and youve seen the house , Oh , and the garage door opener " he said handing me information packets house key and garage opener ,

"thank you so much , i really appreciate it , i said waving him off .

*2 hours later*

"no Kaycee , put that down!"

*ding dong*

i picked up Kaycee and slowly approached the door. i opened it and there he was in his army suit.

"OMG BABY " I screamed hugging and kissing him

"hey baby , haha , im glad i surprised you."

"i thought you werent coming until next week babe ?" i said letting him in the house.

" they let us out early for all our hard work , im so glad to see you baby ., and look at Kaycee " he said picking her up out of my arms .

" da da " she said drooling all over his hand .

i was happy to see my two favorite people together in the same place again . i loved them both and they were my world . if something happened to them , i honestly dont know what i would do . they're that special ,

* later that night*

"baby what you want to eat ?" i asked as he came behind me and held me .

"you" he responded with a small grin.

i turned around to face him and i kissed him .

"im glad to have your sexy , funny , stupid ass back . i said smiling .

he smiled back . " i love you girl.

i looked down bit my lip and looked back up blushing and smiling . " i love you too baby."

the next morning i was so happy to be able to look beside me and see him peacefully sleeping , i got up , cooked a big breakfast and got me and Kaycee ready . i dropped her off at the sitter's and went to work .

i walked into work like i usually would , and noticed a confused looking man looking at the latest Jordans that came out , i slowly approached him .

"can i help you with anything today sir?" i said looking up at him smiling

"yes ma'am , do you have a 10 1/2 in these ?" he said looking down at me smiling .

"im sure we do . ill get those for you i said taking the shoe as i walked away he started saying something else

"while you're back there can you also get me your number so we can go out sometime. "

i looked back at him , " ill see if i can get that for you sir"

i walked in and clocked in like i did everyday and waited for some people to come in , i saw my manager Ryan , he was my best friend , which is probably why i was guaranteed this job.

" hey Ryan ", i said approaching the front desk.

"wassup April " , he said smiling and hugging me ,

we developed a very strong relationship, i could tell him anything and the same with him . we were just that close.

"oh , five minutes early i see? , you must have something to tell me. he said smiling and letting me go .

"well , Jayden's back , i moved out Miranda's house , Kaycee's learned how to throw stuff at me when i say no , and i havent had some good sex in three years."

"well you know i could help you with that last one " he said joking. , well im glad Jay back , where you move to ?!

" right off of BridgeWood ., speaking of that can you help me move some new furniture in the house ? , Jay going on a couple job interviews so he'll be gone.

i arrived at burger king and ordered a number 6 , and Ryan a number 4 our usuals . i watched him walk in all crusty eyed and tired.

" April , why we here at 2'o clock in the morning , shouldnt you be with Jayden?" he said taking his food and sitting down.

"well , he went out with some friends , and Kaycee is at her aunts for the weekend , and my house is new , and empty so im lonely. "

" yes Ryan ?"

" do you want me to come over , ?"

" please , i have a guest room upstairs ?" i said shaking his arm.

"ugh , okay , ill go pack a bag."

" yay ! thanks , i have a extra key , here." i said handing him a key and driving home .

i got home , changed into my pajamas , and got Ryan's room ready , i heard him walk in and come upstairs , he immediately went to bed . i walked downstairs and after about 5 minutes , fell asleep .
