Chapter 13: Confronting failed

Nayeon head to school earlier than ever, she saw Jihyo so she called her

"Oh?, Nayeon?, you're early today, is there something wrong?" Jihyo asked

"Oh nothing, i just bought you tea" Nayeon said and give the tea to Jihyo

"Uh...., are you even okay?, i mean you never buy things to me" Jihyo said

"Ay, anyways, Aeri! VP! Good morning!" Nayeon said as Aeri came out of the Principal's office

"Oh, Nayeon, hey, good morning too" Aeri said

"I bought tea for you too!" Nayeon said and give the other tea to Aeri

"Uh...., thanks" Aeri said and look at Nayeon before she accepts the tea

'The fuck is wrong with this girl?, and why would she give Aeri an tea when she literally hates Aeri?!' Jihyo thought

"Aeri, i just need to talk to Nayeon, is that okay?" Jihyo asked

"Sure, I'll wait for you at the library" Aeri said and heads to the library

"Yah, did you hit your head on something yesterday or last night?, you're acting weird" Jihyo said and look at Nayeon from head to toe

"Idiot!, i didn't hit my head on something, well it's just a realization hits me yesterday" Nayeon said

"Eh?" Jihyo confusedly asked

"Aish, it's hard to explain it to you, but after school don't wait for me" Nayeon said that make Jihyo more confused

"Argh, i hate when you make that face, I'm confronting Dahyun later" Nayeon said and Jihyo squeals that makes Nayeon cover her ears

"Asshole!, i know it's just us but stop squealing! you looked like a terrified goose" Nayeon said and cover Jihyo's mouth

"Wah, so that's the realization that hits you yesterday, you realized that Dahyun is really the person you thought never wanted!" Jihyo said

'God damnit, this girl knows me too well' Nayeon thought

"What?!, no!, i just....., i just!....., want her to stop trouble you know!, as you said it's for her own good" Nayeon said

"Liar, i can feel that you miss her presence everytime you go here" Jihyo said

"Whatever!, just!, that's what I'm going to do later so go do your student council thing, I'll see you later or tomorrow or whatever" Nayeon said and head to her classroom

"Ah, that girl do really care for Dahyun" Jihyo said and smile and nod her head as she watch Nayeon walk away

Nayeon was about to go inside her classroom when someone grab her arm

Nayeon immediately looked back but she got disappointed when it was......

"Mingyu?" Nayeon asked and Mingyu smiled at her

"Good morning Nayeon" Mingyu said while smiling

"The heck?, aren't you supposed to be suspended until Monday?" Nayeon asked

"Well yeah, but my dad talked with the Principal so I'm not suspended anymore" Mingyu said

"So?, let me go" Nayeon said and pull her arm so Mingyu can let her go but he's still holding her

"I'm sorry Nayeon, for what i did" Mingyu said

"Why are you apologizing to me?, you should apologize to Dahyun!, she's the one who needs an apology for what stupidity you did" Nayeon said

"Still, I'm sorry" Mingyu said

"Whatever" Nayeon said and pull her arm out and go inside her classroom

'Aish, i need to do something...., uh huh!, I'm so smart!' Mingyu thought and leave

Nayeon wakes up earlier with a smile on her face and a good mood, but that changes when Mingyu keeps bothering her, Mingyu always follow where she's going and with that Nayeon is now annoyed

'Seriously!, can't he just leave me alone?!' Nayeon thought as she go inside her classroom after eating for lunch and Mingyu is there waving his hand as a bye

Nayeon ignored him and sat down and sigh deeply

'Aish, just do what you have to do later' Nayeon thought as she calm down herself

Finally!, school is already over and Nayeon immediately came out her room and run out the school but Mingyu caught her

"Aish!, what now?!" Nayeon annoyingly asked as she faced Mingyu

"I promise to take you home didn't i?" Mingyu said

"I don't care what you promised at but i have to go!" Nayeon said

"Then I'll come with you" Mingyu said

"The fuck?, what are you? my dog?, no!, now let me go!" Nayeon said

"Oh come on Nayeon, if you have to go somewhere at least just let me come with you so you're in safe hands" Mingyu said

'You?, safe hands?, the fuck i bet when you saw a stray dog you'll run for your life' Nayeon thought

"No is a no Mingyu" Nayeon said

"I don't take rejections, now let's go" Mingyu said and gently push Nayeon to walk and Nayeon groans

'Arghh!!!, how come this guy always ruin the moment?!, i hate this, maybe after he walks me home and pretend I'll go inside and wait for him to leave, i can go to Dahyun's house and talk to her, yeah that's right' Nayeon thought

Nayeon let Mingyu walk her home, Mingyu keeps on asking that he thought Nayeon needs to go somewhere and Nayeon said that she change her mind and just wanted to go home

"Oooh, this is your house?, it looks great" Mingyu said as they arrived at Nayeon's house

"Yeah, whatever now go home" Nayeon said and shoo Mingyu away

"Can i have your number?" Mingyu asked

"Nope, can't, my parents are strict about me giving numbers to strangers so good day to you sir" Nayeon said as she go inside her house and slammed the door

Nayeon peeked out the window to see if Mingyu is still there and he is

"Aish, maybe if i change my clothes he'll be gone and then I'll head to Dahyun's house" Nayeon said and go to her room to change her clothes into comfortable one

She wore a white hoodie and then a black jogging pants

She took a cap to cover herself if ever Mingyu is still there or a chance to follow her

She peeks out the window and still see a silhouette of a guy

"Aish" Nayeon curses and decided to go to their back door to leave the house

She successfully got out and secretly go to Dahyun's house

She arrived and look around, Nayeon was about to bang on the door but she remembered that Dahyun doesn't leave alone, so she hesitated to knock on the door but she did

"Dahyun-ah, it's me, Nayeon" Nayeon said

There was no response inside so she ring the doorbell

"Hey Kid!, it's me Nayeonie" Nayeon said and still no response

Nayeon put her left ear on the door so she could hear something but there's nothing

Nayeon even peeked on the windows but it's all dark inside

"Aish, there's probably no one here, great, now my confronting on Dahyun failed, thanks a lot Mingyu" Nayeon disappointingly said but she decided to wait a little bit more, she waits for Dahyun to arrive if ever she left her house
