"Kiyoomi?"

Your twin startled at the sudden use of his first name. "What's wrong? What's going on that's so serious you had to use my full first name, Y/n?"

You sighed, staring him directly in the eyes. "I think I'm dying."

That one statement was enough to give Kiyoomi a heart attack- his soul left his body.

"I'm thinking I should avoid Toge for a while or something. I've been starting to always feel different around him. It's weird."

Upon hearing those words, your brother knew exactly what was going on. 'She's so dense.' "Tell me about it then."

You took a deep breath, getting all your thoughts together. "Well, whenever I'm around him I feel really warm- my face usually feels like it's on fire. Oh and my heart is always beating irregularly when he's around, even if I just think about him or hear his voice. His entire presence makes my heart beat weird."

"Weird how?" Kiyoomi knew exactly what you were talking about. He already figured out that you started developing feelings for Inumaki- surprisingly, he was ok with it. He stopped being overprotective of you when it came to Inumaki.

The reason? It's simple, really. You show full trust in Inumaki and Kiyoomi has no reason to dislike him at all. Kiyoomi had been watching interactions between you and Inumaki- he even started talking to Inumaki and was growing close to him. Kiyoomi felt that Inumaki was absolutely perfect for you- perfect in every way. When you started talking about Inumaki a lot, Kiyoomi felt a little happier that you've found someone that can be by your side all the time- Kiyoomi can't do that... not anymore. Once you were taken to train as a sorcerer, Kiyoomi realized that he was unable to be at your side 24/7- he was forced to break that promise because he didn't want anyone to kill you.

"Well... it feels like my heart stops a lot. But then at other times it beats so hard and fast that I think I might have a heart attack- like it'll just burst out of my chest. So I think I need medical attention. I could be dying."

Kiyoomi sighed and shook his head. "I highly doubt that it's that serious. Just relax, you'll know what it is when that time comes. Just don't worry about it, ok?"

Kiyoomi was already beyond used to how dense you are. He's almost embraced it. You not knowing that you've grown to have romantic feelings for Inumaki wasn't a surprise to him- he expected that, in fact. Kiyoomi can easily deal with you being dense- he never has any problems with it whatsoever. But he's growing happy to know that you're finally started to realize new things- the kind of things that can change your life forever. And Kiyoomi was already prepared for whatever was to come- the future had nothing that could surprise him or catch him off guard.

You gave him one of your brightest smiles. "Ok!"

"Y/n...?"

You and Inumaki jumped, looking down at your twin brother's body. His eyes were open. Kiyoomi was very much alive.

Your eyes widened, welling up with tears. "Omi! You're alive!" You hugged him tight, only focusing on your dear twin brother.

"Yeah, I am. But not for much longer if you're gonna keep squeezing me so tight!" He joked. But you seriously did have a tight grip on him.
