It was the day of Brooke and Julians wedding, the teens, Nathan and Jamie were down at the basketball court not where they were supposed to be. Nathan bounces the ball as he looks up to Jamie stood in front of him, "think you can stop me punk?" The father asks his youngest son. While the father and youngest play the two teens were busy writing notes down in a book. No one really knew what they were doing well all but Julian and a few friends.

"No. Why am I a punk?" Jamie questions their father.

Nathan stands up slightly from his crouched position, "because you're standing between me and the basket."

Jamie looks up at his father, "oh, sorry. Do you want me to move?" He asks his dad as the boy steps aside.

The father of three soon to be four shakes his head, "no. You're fine right there." As he shoots the ball right over the top of Jamies head. The man made the basket as Jamie went to retrieve the ball, "ooh nice." The boy compliment his father. "So, have you written your best-man speech yet?" Nathan asked his youngest, Julian had asked the boy to be his best man as he was struggling to pick and his closet male friend had become Jamie.

"I'm supposed to write a speech?" Jamie asked his father as he looked confused.

Nathan nodded his head, "at the reception, the best man and the maid of honour, they always give speeches." He informed his son.

"About what?" The confused child asked, he hadn't really got the idea that he needed to say a few kind words about the two.

"You just talk about what Julian means to you and why he and Brooke are right for each other." Nathan told his youngest before he carried on, "you know, your mom probably didn't tell you this because she wants her speech to be better than yours."

Jamie laughed and shrugged his shoulder, "of course she did." With the teens nodding along to parts of the conversation.

Just as their conversation was drawing to a close on speeches the leading man of the day arrived, "ah there he is. We were just talking about you. You nervous for the big day?" Nathan asked the man.

"Why would I be nervous?" Julian asked back as he stood there cool, calm and collected, "is something important happening today?" He asked the group. However everyone looked at him like he had lost the plot, "that was a joke." He informs them. The director shuck his head, "wow, told it twice today already. Got some big laughs the first two times."

Nathan nodded, "two out of three is pretty solid. Nice work." The elder basketball player said.

"Right." Julian said as he then looked down at Jamie, "Well, I got a task for Jamie. I can't see Brooke the day of the wedding, so I need you to deliver that to her for me." As he handed the young boy an envelope.

"Dude" Nathan said, "are you using my son as a messenger boy?"

Julian shuck his head, "no, im using my best man as a messenger boy. Plus I already got those two" he said as he pointed at the teens who hadn't looked up from whatever they were working on only gave a wave of their hands, "working on something for me." This made the father and son duo look at the teens then back to Julian then to each other. "All right. I'll see you guys later."
