Max's POV

The tour so far has been amazing today is Birmingham. We're currently in the dressing room playing FIFA whilst  waiting to go to soundcheck. Siva & Tom are caught up in a Manchester derby. I'm getting up to get a drink when I hear panting outside.

"Hello?" I call out. The figure is hiding against the wall. "Hey you okay?" I ask. It's Laura she's in tears.

"Where's Nathan? I need to talk to him." Laura sniffles.

"He's in the shower at the minute. But I'm sure we can talk to him when he comes out. Is everything alright?" I gently take hold of her hands. She shakes her head.

"Oh Max," she sobs. "I was so happy about being on tour with you guys but I ... I feel like I don't belong here."

"Why not?"

"I can't tell you in case you repeat what I'm about to say."

"Hey of course I won't repeat and you can tell me. Please believe me."

"Oh okay but only if you promise to keep it between us."

"I promise." I reassure her but then she whispers something into my ear. I'm shocked to hear this.

"They said what?"

"They're right. I should do something about my weight. A girl like me doesn't fit on a boyband tour."

"Listen to this. You're the most amazing talented girl we have ever had on tour. Don't let someone like James McVey tell you otherwise. We love you being with us. That's bang out of order what he's told you. You're perfect just as you are."

"James isn't the only one. Brad's being acting strange lately."

"Is he why?" I ask.

"I'm sure he likes me being with you guys. Its like.. he hasn't got time for me. He forgets I'm there."

"Come here love. How about we go into the quiet dressing room. I'll tell Nathan to meet us in there when he comes out. Come on lets get in there and we can talk about it." I lead Laura into the dressing room. "I'll turn the light on."

"I'm sorry." Laura sobs.

"No it's okay. Don't be sorry." I sit down on the sofa and let her cry.

"I've wanted to tell you guys but.." she begins but she buries her head on my shoulder. "I don't want to be labelled a grass."

"Hey you're not a grass. What you're doing is right telling us. These boys are in danger of being kicked off if they keep being like this. Have they said anything during soundcheck?" Laura nods. As I am rubbing her back Nathan comes into the quiet room.

"Yes they did." Nathan answered. "Hey Laura you alright?" Laura shakes her head. "Its alright you can tell us." Nathan sits beside her. "During soundcheck yesterday the boys had to stop halfway through a song. I spotted James go over to say something to her. He looked annoyed. Could you tell me what James actually said? We won't be cross sweetie."

Laura takes a deep breath. "In soundcheck we were practising Oh Cecilia. James gave the signal to cut it out before he went over to me he was quite annoyed. He told me how I messed up on the first 2 shows before he made a very personal dig about my weight. Saying I should cut the carbs from my tea."

"What dig did he make?"

"I need to lose weight because I sound out of breath when I'm singing."

"He did what?" Nathan is shocked.

"He's right. And I have horrible fashion sense because I choose to wear baggy clothes."

"Baggy clothes that's not baggy." I tell Laura. "Your clothes are perfect just like you are."
