Word Of Mouth (The Wanted/The Vamps)

Newcastle part 1

Tom's POV

"Rise and shine our beautiful girl." I say softly.  Laura opens her eyes. "Your beautiful coast is ready to welcome us with open arms." I place my hand onto her shoulder she blushes when I do this. 
"Morning Tom," she says sleepily. 
"How are you this splendid morning?"
"I feel much better I felt as though I need the extra company. Thank you both for staying with me."
"Anything for my sweet girl." Nathan whispers kissing her cheek. "Plus I thought it would be the perfect way to get to know each other. How about tonight Tom can stay with you and that way you can both get to know each other plus a it will help you bond with each of the other boys. We'll do this with everyone. Siva will stay with you on Thursday in Dublin. Don't worry I'll just be in my bunk I wont be far away. Let get up before we get breakfast. We have a day off today. Lets enjoy it." We get ready and then leave bus popping into Greggs for some breakfast which is what Newcastle is famous for. Then we head into the train station. 
"So this is how we'll get down?" Jay asks.
"yeah we gotta go get the metro now. This is just a shortcut. Its down here." We head down and only have to wait 5 minutes. I can see that Laura is a little cold.
"You look cold do you want my hoodie?"
"Oh thank you Tom but I don't want you to be cold."
"aww this is just while were on the train. I have a felling it will be chilly down there. Come on sweetie just till we get there." Laura nods and I wrap my hoodie round her. Nathan gives her a cuddle. 
"thanks boys," she blushes.
"No bother we love you." I tell her. The metro pulls in and we board with Laura sat on Nathan's knee. I sit across as does Siva. 
"I'm so happy for you both. You'll make a beautiful couple. Siva blushes. "You're so good at looking after her Nathan. You've helped make her feel welcome."
"Thanks Seev," Nathan answers. "She had a rocky start from being jumped on by Brad. He was so stupid doing that. He could've really hurt her. Then for him and James to call her fat. Luckily she only had a couple bruises. Nobody hurts my girl." I place my hand onto her knee.
"You're right Nath," I agree. "If either of them come back they'll have to get past us. they wont come back sweetie if they try to we'll tell them where to go." I can feel Laura tense up a little. "You okay?" I ask.
"I'm scared of the dark." Laura whispers. Nathan wraps his arms round her then shushes in her ear.
"Aww its alright love," I reassure her. "Its only a colour. You're safe with us and the other boys. Jay, Max help calm her down."
"Laura look at us darling." Max crouches down in front of her. She slowly turns to look at Max. "There's nothing to be scared of. Nathan's got you."
"We're all here," Siva adds.
"Keep  looking at us. Do you want one of us to sit with you and Nathan on the flight tomorrow?" Jay asks. "We'll be flying overnight."
"Siva would you be happy?" Laura asks.
"Of course," Siva answers. "I'll help take care of you in Dublin. I'll even do that in Belfast." He rubs Laura's leg. "You're okay just breathe. You'll be properly looked after on this tour." We're now out of the tunnel in the daylight. "There we are darling no more dark. You're doing so well such a brave girl."
"I used to hate the dark when I was a kid." Laura sighs. "Even now if I'm in the front car I sit with my back to the window. If in the back one I sit the right way."
"Well you've got us," Jay adds.  "You'll never be alone on this tour."
"So where this place we're heading to?" I ask. 
"Cullercoats this is a place very close to my heart. I have many childhood memories of this place. It's my nanna's favourite place by the way its her birthday tomorrow."
"How about tomorrow we ring her in the dressing room?" Laura really likes this idea. "Well then let's do that. We'll even give a surprise." We decide to play Siva's Be mine game that we made a video of a while ago. He sits next to Laura. What happens is Siva will whisper where he would take his valentine in Laura's ear. She blushes at many of his choices.  We then play finish the lyric with Nathan whispering the answers to Laura I give her an easy one to start with Glad you came which she gets quickly before we get increasingly harder. She begins to struggle so Nathan whispers the answers in her ear.
"Don't worry we can help you with more of the setlist in soundcheck tomorrow. When we get to the beach how about we cuddle on the pier?" Laura nods. "Lets share this special moment together." Me and the other boys spend the rest of journey getting to know Laura.
