1 year later...
OMNISCIENT
Gio looked at Mani in the passenger seat of his G Wagon as she looked down at her belly.
"I feel like a whale" Mani rubbed her belly as small hot tears started to stream down her face.
Mani was currently 7 months pregnant with her first child. They haven't told anybody but her mom, Gio's mom, and Kaylesia. She talks to the group everyday but when Amani started showing she started going out with them less.
"Baby you look good" Gio reassured her and grabbed her hand. "If you don't want to tell them today you don't have to. We can go home"
Gio and Amani now share a two story house in Aurora Illinois. After discovering that Mani was pregnant, Gio moved them out of Chicago quickly knowing that it was not where he wanted to raise his child.
Kaylesia and Amani opened up a new shop in Aurora shortly after she moved there. Kaylesia now runs the shop in Chicago while Amani runs the one in Aurora.
"No I wanna tell them" Mani wiped her tears. "I miss my friends"
They were parked outside of Demon's mom's house. It was the 4th of July and Demon's mom always cooked and had everybody over. Even before Demon bought her a bigger house, she loved having everyone over.
Mani and Gio's mom were already there waiting on Amani and Gio to arrive. Today they had found out the gender of their baby which is why they wanted to tell the group.
"You ready?"
Mani sniffled and nodded. Gio got out of the car and walked over to Mani's side to help her out. He wore a pair of black Purple jeans with a white tee shirt and a pair of white and black alexander mcqueens. Mani wore a black short sleeve dress and a pair of beige yeezy slides.
She had her hair in a half up half down style while Gio had braids that were freshly done by Mani last night.
Gio helped Mani out of the car and up the porch steps as she waddled.
Demon's dads eyes widened as the couple got closer seeing as he was sitting on the porch with a few of Demon's cousin.
"Are you shitting me?" Demon's dad asked in shocked. "I never thought I'd live the day to see you get pregnant"
Mani chuckled as she hugged Demon's dad.
"Go on in the house so Nonni can see you" He said before Mani could say anything else. Demon dapped up Gio and the two walked into the house.
"MANI" The couple heard Gio's little sister Lyric come running down the steps.
Gio picked Lyric up so she could lean over and hug Mani.
"You getting so big" Gio looked over Lyric. "Why yo hair not done?"
"Put me down" She crossed her arms and mugged him.
"AMANI BRING YO ASS IN HERE RIGHT NOW" The couple heard Demon's loud voice echo through the house. Mani chuckled nervously as she walked into the living room, belly first.
